Hampton Inn Cleveland-Westlake

The breakfast was very nice. We always love Hampton Inn breakfasts - especially the oatmeal. The location was so pretty. Surrounded by trees the autumn colors were outstanding. Plus it was very quiet, despite being very close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

The desk chair in our room was loaded with someone else's hair. Ick! Please be sure to have staff vacuum those chairs after each visit! Otherwise the room was very clean and the Inn was very quiet. The dining area was VERY cold - so near the always opening front entrance combined with a strong draft from the ventilation unit. One more thing - get larger top sheets! No Hampton Inn has top sheets that really hang over the side of the bed enough. Tough with two people sharing the bed!

Fantastic location just off the Interstate, but in a quiet area very close to a major shopping center with many good restaurants. We frequently travel along Interstate 90 to visit family and will always make this hotel our stopover. Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The lobby was being renovated, so check in was at a side door and desk clerk was very nice and efficient. Had a good sleep, great dinner and good breakfast nearby.

Clean and quiet, friendly, and courteous employees. I like the quick service when you call or need a question answered. I like the location, close to essential necessities. Nice manager, he answered my questions in a respective and assertive manner, this was very crucial to me, very good customer service!

Stain on the bed skirt, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no microwave or refrigerator. I did not like that the staff were not transparent at the time of checking regarding the room rate changes daily, you think you are paying one rate and then ended up paying another rate on a daily basis. I have never experienced room rates changing daily either.

The hot breakfast was very good! There were several options available. The trays to carry items were a nice touch.

The coffee cup lids were not adequately stocked. There was no fridge or microwave in our room.

Updated and newly renovated stylish clean rooms, I loved the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Locatiom is. good, Westlake is beautiful.

Small lobby, that's may be the common problem of city hotels in the US!

Breakfast was ok ….one day staff was short….. the hot items were cold ….not everything was available ….. everything was messy and unattended….previous days breakfast was ok when staff available

They gave me a room on the 5th floor with a cozy window via which conifer trees (along the parking lot) were viewed. Upon the arrival, the room was already warm. The heater was working very well. Thank you! The bathroom was small but its cornered sink had a humble character I liked. Faucet worked wonderfully, turned smooth with a quasi high end touch. Grab&Go breakfast bag in the morning was packed with balanced items.

Nothing, really. Trying hard to say something, I would say a bigger bathroom would be nice. Besides, it would have been good and convenient if microwave was provided in the room.

Everything was great me and my fiance had a great time the staff was really nice and friendly the breakfast was pretty good everything was really nice and I would definitely come back again.

I guess the whole $75 hold that you have to put down for room inspection afterwards I kind of didn't care too much for that

The room was very clean and quiet. The beds,pillows and bedding were comfortable. Appreciated parking is included.

There was some remodeling being done but nothing to disturb guest. Some repairs are needed to the car port and road way into the property.

we had a recently updated room and it was wonderful. clean, modern, and stylish. particularly loved the shower. it was exceptional.

we had 2 elevators that weren’t working at breakfast time but we’re fixed before checkout time.
