The location was great and the breakfast was more than adequate. Large, free parking lot.

We were there a week and the room was never cleaned, although the information we received at check in said that if you stayed more than 5 days, it would be cleaned on the fifth day. The down button on the elevator didn't light up and we weren't sure if it worked or not, so we always hit the up button. None of the buttons on the air conditioner worked, although we eventually saw the theremostat on the wall.

I like the convenience of a good restaurant and bar on the premises. The waitress/bar tender was friendly and attentive to customers. One of the two check in people was extremely helpful.

The price for a more humble traveler was high, but you get what you pay for. Good hotel. I felt there was a presence lurking around the outside of the hotel that didn’t belong there. But they may have been hard working personal behind the scenes that were on break. Or maybe guests more like myself having a cigarette and just “kicking it”, those who are not the stereotype business class guest. But it was after dark and near back exits. I’m writing this more for the staff to know an impression that having people who didn’t seem like guests around the back exits after dark could startle a certain clientele. This happens.

My room was decent and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice; I didn’t get in the pool because it was chilly. my only recommendation would be for management to have maintenance get in the rooms and clean the air conditioner filters; I would periodically get an aroma of a dusty burn smell coming from the ac, when the ac would kick on. (room 317) I turned it off because it was late and wasn’t going to take the time to have to call someone when I needed to be up early. my allergies were kicked up a notch in that room and I assume it was because of the ac filter. well I’m pretty certain of it lol

The location was perfect for what we were there for, close to the lake and shopping

The hotel was to dark, the smell of dog in our room was disgusting and the carpet in our room needs replaced it’s disgusting and the couch smelled like dog, you couldn’t sit on it for the smell, the fire alarm went off two different days while we were there and we had to evacuate the hotel and the fire department finally showed up the first time but only one man came and the second day it went off no fire department even showed up

The bed and pillows where very comfy. Room and Hotel clean. A great breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

A 4 o'clock check in is to late in the day. That extra hour makes a difference when you are having a get away. Also why isn't the pool area open until 10 pm.? . We stay at a hotel to enjoy the services. We couldn't even hop in the the jacuzzi in the morning before we left. It doesn't open until 10 am. It's not like a lifeguard is needed or used. I just would of liked to have better access to what I came there for.

The location was great. Just close enough to the City center where we had access to the highway and downtown attractions such as the Rock and roll Hall of Fame, Aquarium etc. The hotel was also just far enough away to where we were in a comfortable suburb (ie Westlake), which was quiet and peaceful. Very nice location to get back to, after a night out in downtown Cleveland. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. what a really nice Safari like setting - very quiet and not crowded.

The only thing that could have been a little bit better, was the bathroom. The faucet was a tad leaky.

Staff was great and accommodating. I got dou le booked by accident by priceline and they fixed the problem right way.

The middle guys and Priceline kept me on the phone for an hour due to there app. had an error and they didn't want to remedy the problem durme to company policy. Yet it was there error. And literally called them 10 minutes later when it was noticed.

We loved how comfortable the room was.

The pool wasn't in service while we were there, which was a bummer. Didn't quite care for the kids running through halls, but that's not the hotels fault. More parents that can't control their kids.

Location is perfect for going to Cleveland or going to other attractions in the area, The front desk was courteous and accommodating.

We were there for seven days and we were told the cleaning service would come in on a certain day and they didn't. Cleaning service on other days were a bit noisy in the hallway. The bathroom light around the mirror was a little too dim in our room (139) making it hard to see while at the sink and mirror.

The rooms were nice sized and very clean. The bathrooms were also very nice. Meal service was limited but surprisingly good.

You’re charging rates as if you’re downtown Chicago, San Diego, Dallas. Not west Cleveland. $300 including tax. Insane! Our first night was no where near that and we had to extend it into three because our apartment wasn’t ready. Those second two nights were were ridiculous. I’ll never stay there or recommend it to others again.
