Our room was as described. Check in process was simple. Good free coffee in the hotel store, free laundry was also nice to have. Kitchen in room was nice had plenty of shelf space for our food.

A lot of guests on our floor did not adhere to the no smoking policy, so the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. Not sure if there is a way to kick out guests who obviously ignored that rule. Hotel room phone did not work so whenever I had a question or request I had to go down to front desk. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in room had to go out and buy our own.

True suite with separate bedroom and small kitchenette. When we travel with our kids, it helps if we have separate rooms so we don't have to hide in the dark when it's time to put the kids to bed.

Trying to call the front desk prior to check in routed me to a frustrating automated menu geared towards reservations. When I explained I already had a reservation, I was hung up on! It took me multiple tries to get to the front desk. Once I reached the front desk (forget the automatic prompts and just dial 0,) the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Couldn't beat the price compared to other hotels. When we checked in, the lady was very nice, and she got us all set up and allowed us to select our floor level. Room was fantastic and was clean! Was hard to believe that it was a 2 star hotel. I've stayed in 4 star hotels that couldn't even compare to this. I booked this hotel after reading reviews and so glad that we stayed here

Bed was a little softer for my liking but that's just my preference of a firm bed. Otherwise, nothing.

I loved the staff. David the Manager and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

I have asthma and allergies so I didn't like that when I sat on the sofa I had dog hair on my clothes and my allergies started to kick up. I didn't tell the staff because I know that it is pet friendly hotel. I would suggest that only certain room should be used for pets if possible.

The hotel was affordable. All staff were very friendly, even comical. The rooms were very large and provided full kitchen for if you want to cook.

Alot of businesses in this area close pretty early so get what you need by later evening. As a place frequented by traveling workers, I felt the outside and parking lot area give the impression that the property was dirty even though my room was clean.

Friendly front desk. Clean bed, clean bathroom.

There are dust and several key card(2 in my room, 4 or 5 in my friends room.) on the top of the refrigerator for no reason. But for others, is clean. I think is because the housekeeper is not tall enough to clean the refrigerator? Cause I'm now in other Sonesta ES suites, there's also dust on the top of refrigerator.(But no key card)

There is nothing I didn’t like. I would rate this hotel as a 10+++++. From the cleanliness to the staff. Everything was exceptional. One of the staff Katie, babysat my 2 boys so my husband and I could go out to dinner. I will be back!!!!

The reception was nice, we got there late and the man on duty was friendly and knowledgeable. When we left the woman on duty was the same. Both represented the hotel wonderfully.

Was not there long enough. Wife said could here people upstairs when they got moving. Not sure that is a complaint, heard the same thing when we had our house.

Couldn't believe the value for the facility! Had everything we needed and more! The full size fridge and freezer was an awesome surprise!

The staff wasn't unfriendly. Just as my kids would say...meh. Not happy or mean, just more that we were there to bother them.

Staff was welcoming, beds and furniture were comfortable. Had free laundry which was a plus.

There are ice makers in each freezer so no large ice dispensers on the property but my ice maker was broken. I did tell them but offered to not have it fixed on my stay so I wouldn’t have extra people in my room since I was working from this location also.
