The woman who worked at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had a microwave, minifridge, and tv. It was also an amazing price. Good location if you are travelling for one of the manufacturing plants in Willard and is right next to all of the restaurants, etc.

Nothing to complain about really. Not a fancy hotel or anything, so expect just the basics.

The room was what I expected for a $45 room. I had everything I needed. Only problems that I found with the room was that my bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and the water pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that the room was super clean and there was plenty of space in the room. Also I never heard any of the rooms beside me at all which was unexpectedly nice. I had a very positive experience here.

I feel like the bathroom was a little cramped. They could have easily made the bathroom space more open by moving the door to outside of the sink instead closing off the toilet and shower in that small space.

Super helpful and friendly staff, was willing to hold our room if our event rescheduled for weather. Very clean and rooms were updated. I liked laminate flooring over carpeting

Only thing I would have like was backed chair for watching TV and the bathroom door could be shaved so it would fully close. These were so minor I almost wouldn't mention it, just suggestions to make better.

For what I paid I was more than satisfied. Super clean rooms, very spacious (i had a suite for reference) and super friendly and helpful staff. If you are visiting Sandusky than i would reccomend staying here instead and driving the very short 25 minute extra drive each day over paying double or even triple for a room in the actual city.

Not much I didn't like. Hotel is a bit dated and maybe needs more comfortable pillows (as do most hotels) but all in all I have no real complaints

The room was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable.

Pillows could have been a little thicker. While I understand the precaution of the plastic, it made sleeping difficult. The water also had a weird smell to it.

Great value, not a three star hotel but a very solid option for the price. Would stay again.

A little old, still looked ok. was clean enough for the price. Hotel is technically not open 24/7. the person on there at night goes to sleep at 11pm so make sure you check in before then.

The door locks we not automatically locking so had to make sure they were locked when u left

The young lady at the desk was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Definitely would stay here again!

Parking lot in back is kind of small but that's it!

Excellent check in, very friendly, room was very clean, loved that we could park right outside the door, the quietest place I've ever stayed at.

Not a thing for a negative remark

The staff is excellent. The room was great too. I will definitely be back

The Mexican restaurant up front had many cars because it was busy and was noisy. But the noise diminished after the restaurant closed though
