I loved the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly! The free breakfast was nice.

The fact I had to pile up dirty towels in my room all week because I could not leave them outside my room for pick up in the morning. The only way I was told they would pick up dirty towels was if I wanted housekeeping to come in my room. My boyfriend had money in his suitcase and did not feel comfortable with anyone in the room. Also, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which made the bathroom steamy after a shower. The TV had a scratch in the screen.

My room was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my liking. They suggested I park my Harley in the front door and that really put the icing on the cake for me. Most of the time I have to ask if it’s okay before parking in the front. The property also sits right of the OH turnpike and just 5 miles or so from shops, food, and the Harley Dealership. Other reviews mentioned the train and how loud it is. Well my room was on the train track side and I could slightly hear it and it was not loud like others had complained.

Friendly staff. Minimal contact needed with staff if wanted. Could do check out and respond via text to inquires if everything was well. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds with more than 2 pillows which was nice.

Toilet paper rolls did not want to turn on the holders. No bathroom fan. Took a search for the ice machine which was at the other end of the floor, did not notice signs for where it was located. Had to ask staff. Not a deal breaker.

the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the property was relatively silent. I got a good night sleep for a reasonable price. that’s all I care about.

property is very old and dowdy. but rooms were okay. worst was that my gps sent me 5 miles up the road and the staff had no idea where I was and couldn’t get me to the hotel. when I reset my gps and hit within a hundred yards of the hotel the staff COULD NOT DESCRIBE THE ACCESS ROAD ENOUGH FOR ME TO GET THERE. someone had to walk out from the hotel and actually did physically show me.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here many times and will continue to come back! we only live an hr or so away but it’s nice spot to get away for a day to just relax and swim. plus Sandusky has a lot to offer. rooms have ALWAYS been clean and beds comfortable. Staff is also friendly and try to do what they can to make sure you enjoy your stay! They have a decent variety for breakfast every morning. The pool is warm and clean!

The outside has grass and weeds growing up in the parking lot. which I’ve never seen the outside property look like this ever so I don’t know if they are planning a remodel or what but it needs so minor maintenance done to get it back where it needs to be. Other than that Nothing

A shocking surprise for the rate. I stayed in another hotel the night before for twice the price that was a nightmare. Staying here helped me get over the previous night. Convenient off the Turnpike. Go visit Thomas Edison's birthplace in Milan just a few minutes drive. Milan has a nice town square with a few quaint eateries. Room and entire facility were clean, modern and comfortable.

Fifteen minutes to Sandusky if you want to go for dinner. Nothing notable for dinner or breakfast nearby.

Very friendly staff at check-in and brekfast. Nice and large rooms, good breakfast selection. We requested rooms close to each other and this was fulfilled. All in line with our expectations.

The hotel is a bit far away from any restaurants and things to see but this was not a surprise. Very convenient for a stop-over. Smell outside the hotel due to the industrial facility cross the street but no issues inside the hotel!

Easy on and off of the Turnpike. Large room with very clean amenities. Overall feeling of safety and comfort throughout the facility.

Parking filled up very fast, need more handicap parking. Breakfast attendant did not keep food and items restocked.

We chose this place because of their dog friendly policy and their reasonable price. The room was clean and pleasant and the staff was very nice.

The motel was located directly across the road from a roofing production plant. Outside, the smell of asphalt was always in the air. But fortunately it did NOT permeate the motel itself.

Great breakfast and convenient location. Super friendly staff. Efficient check in and breakfast service. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The room was beautiful but a little neglected. The toilet rocked on its base, and the carpet had a few stains. Otherwise everything was clean and worked perfectly.
