Days Inn by Wyndham Milan Sandusky South

The room was extremely hot and didn't cool off until the next morning. The first night was extremely uncomfortable. There is no elevator and I was not told there was no elevator. I had to carry each and every bag up stairs. If I had known in advance I would not have elected to stay there. Over all the stay was OK but could have been better. Since I booked and payed for the room in advance, I feel that the air-conditioning should have been turned on so the room would be comfortable and not a sauna. I have never had this happen in any other hotel that I have stayed in and I travel often.

Everything was great. Theres nothing we can say bad. I am a local who has children 2 being special needs so I never leave my kids with anyone and finallydecidedI needed a break.. My husband and I had a king room with jacuzzi first night in 10 years and our room was perfect and the girl working front desk was great. We would definitely love to do it again and at this same hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Theres NOTHING we didn't like.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. I would like to see more options at breakfast such as toast and yogurt.

While not the fault of the hotel, other guest were slamming doors all night. The train didn't bug us at all, the people across the hall who seemed to run the halls all night did. Maybe better enforcement of quiet times.

The room was huge and had the amenities we needed and the staff was polite! The bathroom had two showers which threw us off we’ve never seen that but it worked with our two children!

The beds were extremely hard, the pool was supposed to be warm but was freezing(kids still enjoyed) and the hot tub had way too much chlorine it literally felt like our legs were being ate alive!

Pool all to ourselves. Great staff can't express how caring staff was. All staff went out of their ways to open doors for you.

Not a fan of the whirlpool room

Over all clean, minus a few bathroom things. Front desk gal at night was super nice (didn’t catch her name). Bed was so comfortable!

Hair in shower & on bathroom counter & black mold on ceiling in shower. Room 141. Breakfast bar was small (probably a Covid thing, not them).

They let us check in early which was very nice the staff was wonderful and took a picture of us also they let us sign a heart in front of hotel lobby with our initials and our wedding date I loved that part

People over us was loud so it was difficult to sleep and tub has a water problem small leak but overall the stay was great

Front desk manager was very friendly. They were accommodating, very clean. Even had continental breakfast and cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING during and after everyone was done. Good hotel for the price. Close to shopping, restaurants, beach and cedar point.

There are 2 hotels with the same name on the same road. We drove past ours. Just pay attention. The factory across the street smelled, but it didn't last.

Cleanliness of hotel and Friendliness of the staff

Everything was great. Staff was nice. Pool was fun. Room was comfortable for all of us.

Great value and location not too far from Cedar Point. Hot tub was great

Some areas were a little outdated. The room was nice, the bathroom shower looks like it needs to be recalled, but overall it was nice and clean
