We enjoyed not only the price, but closeness to restaurants and highway towards lake was even better. For a last minute trip, exceptional price and cheaper than going to the lake facilities.

The only issue we had was with a "nosy neighbor". Our room shared a door with adjoining room, and this guest called us after 9 pm just to tell us they could "hear us" in next room. We just walked into room to get to bed and were surprised another room could call us directly, and were were not even speaking! No fault of the facility, and call wasn't from reception. Just another customer who had no discretion or care for our privacy, or time concerns on their behalf.

Location was good, room was comfortable and an overall great value. As long as you are not looking forward to the breakfast, you can't beat the price compared to the comforts.

Breakfast was absolutely nasty. The coffee was really quite gross, but the scrambled eggs were left on a heating plate that was off and partially open. The juices were in pitchers in a mini fridge and neither appeared to be cleaned in a while; I'm not even sure how long the juice had been in there. After checking out the conditions of the eating area, I opted to skip the breakfast and get something on the road.

I called the office after an hour in the room because of how cold the room was with heater as high as it would. She responded quickly, getting a heater for room. The room was much warmer after next hour.

The breakfast was the worst on my whole trip.3 kinds of cold cereal n mini muffins. Coffee maker was confusing n i never figured it out Orange juice was watered down. Evening desk clerk was very unfriendly n never smiled the whole time I was there. She answered questions in a very unfriendly manner.

The price is great, and the room is spacious. Given the price we pay, the hotel definitely exceeds our expectation. The staff members are also very helpful. We like most of the things in the hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay near Davis, this place has a great value for money.

The breakfast has few options. However, again, since the price is low, we are not expecting good breakfast anyway. Also, it would be better if the wall can be more sound-proof.

What was with blinking lights outside and inside, just change some bulbs! Glass all over the rear east entrance, sidewalk and parking area. The bathtub had an "old" chunk of soap stuck in the top soap tray. There was a dead bug hanging out of the shower head going through the wall. The breakfast was not much, waffles, two dry cereals, and some prepackaged pastries. The sign said because of covid but that didn't make sense as they are open all over now. We don't expect a huge breakfast but this was like stopping at a quick shop but the coffee was free, no juice at all.

The bed was amazing.

The air conditioner sounded like a jet accelerating when it kicked in. The breakfast was disappointing. I was in a hurry to leave and was looking forward to waffles and maybe sausage. They had a pancake maker instead, no big deal. Didn't know for several minutes that the machine was out of batter. I was warned by a frequent guest that the machine that keeps the sausage bagel warm burns the bottom, so I didn't even try it. Being lactose intolerant, I resorted to a prepackaged muffin.

The place was clean, people were friendly, parking lot lighting was bright, location right off the highway, price was fine, pet friendly and ample space to walk the dog. Our king room was large, had a couch and a chair/desk so very comfortable. The sheets were so soft and the perfect amount of bedding to keep a body cozy. We’d stay again, great bang for the buck!

The A/C heating unit in our room didn’t work at all, but it wasn’t an issue because the room was a fine temperature. The building must be built solid because it was cold that night but we felt no draft and were plenty warm. Also, not much in the way of breakfast.

The King room is great. We liked having the love seat and coffee table to sit and watch tv and not have to lie on the bed. Plenty of towels. The fridge and microwave are both nice, clean. The bright white bedding looked very clean and felt like a good quality. The bathroom was clean. It was pretty quiet.

The breakfast is pretty bad. Every bit of it is a carbohydrate. Waffles and syrup. Muffins and danishes. And they aren't even the good kind, like from a bakery. They"re more like the cheap, low quality, dollar store kind. Cold cereal. Fruit juice. I like all of those things in moderation, but not as a whole meal. If items like eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, grits, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit and vegetable juice were available, instead of or in addition to, all of the sweet stuff, this place would be just about perfect! Still not enough to make us not want to stay there, again, though.

Hotel was real easy to access, Justin at the front desk was real professional, made us feel right at home. The room was great clean as it should be. Me and my wife had an issue with our muffler ,while traveling. Staff was eager to help, thanks to Tim the maintenance man, I was able to fix our problem and travel on.. I highly recommend this place.... ✌️

A lot of dog people there, I feel they should be required to wash their dog at least once a week if they're staying extended.. it kind of stinks.. my wife had an issue with a dog lodging at her barking almost got bit.. other than that it was a great stay...

It was a nice hotel, nice room, everything functioned well, nice to have a good sized refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker. A good sized desk with an actual office chair plus a nice easy chair to sit in that wasn't cloth so it didn't feel too too dirty (ie it seemed cleanable and maybe they actually did). It was cheaper than a lot of similar hotels in the area, and I didn't feel like I missed anything by being at this hotel. There is an outdoor pool and a lot of people used it.

There is no elevator, so just keep that in mind if your room is on the 2nd floor. They advertised free breakfast, but mainly it is cereal, but you can make waffles. The coffee was so weak I can't believe it could get any weaker. I can't say that the room was as clean as I'd love it to be, it was clean in all the important areas though, the dirtiness under the refrigerator happened to catch my eye and a few other things. But really, it was nice. The exercise room was shut due to covid and the washing machine was broke. These were inconveniences for sure, but nothing serious.
