We loved everything about this property! The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, housekeeping was phenomenal and last but not least, the staff was very respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Katie & Samantha at the front desk were the absolute sweetest young ladies and one of them even surprised my husband and I with free Bret Michaels Concert Tickets after we got out of work one day. To say that this was the best experience would be a true understatement!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub were always in use so we didn’t get to enjoy it ourselves.

room was clean, linens on bed and in bathroom were pretty good!

we got to breakfast 30 mins before it ended at 9:15 on a holiday weekend, and they had no food left except waffles, so we had to go out for breakfast. I suggest they extend the time, and cook until said time is up. Bed was a little uncomfortable

Everything room and grounds extremely clean. Beds and pillows were fantastic!

Hot tub was cold and never warmed up. The maintenance man bummed a cigarette from us which really was out of line, we were paying customers and not there to supply staff with a cigarette. Overnight desk clerk was very dirty looking with his saggy pants and just grunted when told good morning. Elevator scary as hell needs some work. Bounced, weird straining noises.

Breakfast was nice

We called ahead to confirm the Jacuzzi was working and was told "Yes it is working" . When we arrived the jacuzzi was in fact out if order ...bummer. Was with my wife.

From the moment I entered the hotel I was pleased at how clean it was, they were also using social distancing for the guests as they checked in this is probably the nicest cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in over the last six nights while I was traveling through the states highly recommend

Unfortunately due to Covid there wasn’t much of a breakfast selection and you couldn’t sit at any of the tables that were in the lobby but the coffee was very good as was the yogurt

I love the front deck lady. She is friendly an kind very helpful. I loved the cleanliness an feel if the environment.

The reason for the stay was a relaxing evening for my daughter as a graduation gift so she could swim and relax in the hot tub an unfortunately she didn't get to do so. As upon swimming the smell of chlorine over took her an she was not allowed to stay in the pool area. The levels burned there eyes an the ends ofmy daughters hair. The levels of the chlorine was messed up so they had to shut down the pool and hot tub. The staff were amazing and everything else was too star.

Ardmore was about 7 hours into my drive up to KS, so it was a good place to stop. I spent the night, and left the next morning. No problems encountered.

The property was a little harder to find then I expected.

when I exited elevator the stench on the second floor was overwhelming. smelled like sour carpets from dogs and wet floors

Found it was convenient to where I need to go visit my family

But it was very easy to come and go in the parking lot not overcrowded and it was quiet in our room, except for the very loud pipes coming from the other shower in the room next to ours. Also need a better feel for circulation in the bathroom sink of the bathroom with the fan on. That should not happen. Overall it was a great stay
