Very comfortable bed. Hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Lobby and room had very stale smell. Went to store to purchase an air freshener. The toilet is very low to the ground so anyone with knee issues and needs to "sit down" be prepared for possible knee struggles. Very Limited breakfast options. Juice machine did not work. Only one type of milk for breakfast cereal. One type of yogurt. Whirlpool not working. The only ice machine is in the kitchen.

Check-in was quick and easy. The woman at the desk was very informative, and the coffee was GREAT. They have a espresso/coffee maker in the breakfast area. The bed was bar far from the best part, SO comfortable.

The hotels breakfast, food-wise, was a bit plain and there were a few bits of soap bar behind my bathroom door that the housekeeper could have very easily missed unless were to close the door while inside

Very clean, comfortable bed and nice pillows. It had everything in the room you need and all the bathroom products you need when you are away from home. Also the waffles, juice and coffee was good! The staff was all very nice!

That the swimming pool area was under construction and we could not swim! I did choose your Hotel for the swimming pool! So that was very disappointing.

Staffing was great, very friendly

Air-conditioning leaked & had bad smell from it , maintenance did come & check it also would have preferred laboratory being in bathroom, all & all it was okay

I needed laundry and their's was not woking. The breakfast needs more attention and there was little more than a lesser hotel for the value.

This hotel is not Wyndam, but it is quality now, but the staff here were fantastic and took very good care of us. I was told they were not having any 3rd party reservations and did not show ours. They were exceptional!

The room they originally put us in was not ready (bed not done, toiletries not there, etc. BUT they took care of the issue right away and moved us to another room. The Staff here were exceptional and far above any expectation!

Breakfast was good. The tv was bigger than most hotel tvs. The bed was generally comfortable. The facility outside my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive.

There was a stnky pillow on my bed. There was a hair in the toilet. The blackout blinds were filthy. There was a stain on my bedcover.

The hotel was in aa great location for the rest of the city

Juice machine was out of order. To go lids didn't fit available coffee cups. Just a little disappointing.
