Location- was so perfect from my son/family my son's BFF, shopping , EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.. NAIL SALON, Spirits , restaurants except chicken house 10 min drive out. Walmart right next door Hair Cut, Banks-CHASE- OKLAHOMA CITY DWNTWN -20 Min.. Free Beakfast 7-10( I think ? On the times)- Great stuff eggs coffee , bacon sausage, waffles juice, fruits . Don't forget to tip' I did

The pricing . I attended to stay 2 nights but stayed a week. I should've gotten some REWARD POINTS- SOMETHING For the amount of stays. Hmmm

Location was great. Clean.

Specifically booked room with two queen beds and sofa sleeper. On arrival was given room with two queen beds and a chair. Asked the desk clerk, was told they were sold out and couldn’t switch to a room with sofa sleeper because that guest had prepaid. Reminded her I had prepaid and was there first. Was then told none of the rooms had sofa sleepers. Every option on booking.com stated sofa sleeper in rooms.

It’s less than a mile from our family when we come to visit and all the amenities we need are super close too. The breakfast is SO NICE not to have to leave to get food. They’re very courteous and helpful too.

The beds are Sooooo Hard. Killer for our backs……

Easy check in, clean facilities, staff was very accommodating, room was a really nice size and the hotel was in a great location close to stores and restaurants

They offer coin laundry but don't make change for the machines. Not a huge problem at all, just a minor inconvenience

Nice new clean property. Will definitely try BW Plus again to see if this was an anomaly… since I swore off BW years ago after really bad experiences.

The sheets had holes in them. Big holes that should have been caught before they caught my fingers.

The breakfast was good and location was also good.

When the heater kicked on- cold air came out for a while and last day, the heat was cold most of the night.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety of food and the service was excellent. Also a great, convenient location.

The soundproofing between rooms should be better. I didn't like how I could hear the neighboring rooms TV blaring at night when I was trying to sleep. Also, the coverings on the bed were too thin.

Great breakfast except that the eggs were very wet.

When room was cleaned the shampoo, coffee, and bathmat were not replaced, and I had to go to the front desk for replenishment.

The hotel was very clean with friendly employees. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning with a good amount of choices.

I did not like that I had to pay tax at check in. When I booked on Booking.com clearly stated ALL taxes were included in what I paid however that was not the case. This is not the hotels fault and they were very kind and explained that local tax was not charged when I booked.

Perfect!!! I travel a lot. This is the best place in its segment. Everything matched - clean, quiet, comfortable. Comfortable and stylish interior, bath, equipped gym. Great location - close to everything a traveler needs. Special thanks to the friendly staff. Warmly recommend!!
