The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety of food and the service was excellent. Also a great, convenient location.

The soundproofing between rooms should be better. I didn't like how I could hear the neighboring rooms TV blaring at night when I was trying to sleep. Also, the coverings on the bed were too thin.

The hotel was very clean with friendly employees. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning with a good amount of choices.

I did not like that I had to pay tax at check in. When I booked on Booking.com clearly stated ALL taxes were included in what I paid however that was not the case. This is not the hotels fault and they were very kind and explained that local tax was not charged when I booked.

Perfect!!! I travel a lot. This is the best place in its segment. Everything matched - clean, quiet, comfortable. Comfortable and stylish interior, bath, equipped gym. Great location - close to everything a traveler needs. Special thanks to the friendly staff. Warmly recommend!!

I called the morning of my reservation to let them know I wouldn’t make it until 1am. They made a note of it on my reservation, but when I arrived they had given my room away and nervously tried to figure out what to do. After half an hour of trying to accommodate the fact that I paid for a room with no room, she was able to put me in another. At least she resolved it, otherwise I was 18 hours from home with no place to stay.

never, ever, ever schedule a booking through booking.com. their website is misleading and they lie about charging your credit card at the end of your visit.

I enjoyed the clean room and the clean breakfast area. The outside was very well cared for and the staff was wonderful. The price was very affordable and fair.

I was really really impressed with this hotel. The front desk agents were tremendously pleasant and helpful (Both the morning and evening ) I had a very comfortable room. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I found the entire hotel to be a perfect 10. If I ever have to come back thru, I am definitely going to book Best Western. A very pleasant experience!

The beds are comfortable if like a firm mattress, which I do. The staff were so nice. It was very clean. Its by walmart and so many restaurants.

Everything was great

Loved having a good hot breakfast. Allowing us to get a little extra sleep cause we didn't have to hunt a place to eat. Kelly was wonderful.

Didn't like the oriental lady that stayed crouched at the front door smoking and speaking on the phone everytime we came and went. We finally realized after a 2 day stay that she was an employee. Just made us feel uncomfortable cause couldn't figure out why she was there.

The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We were told that the hotel was just over a year old. Needles to say, the hotel was nice and modern. The mattresses really comfortable and the Aircon was extremely cool. The breakfast offerings were really fantastic with many options.

We had a minor issue with being able to get fresh towels. This situation ,we later discovered, was due to a staffing shortage in the laundering area. All in all a minor inconvenience.

it was clean and well cared for. the breakfast each day were awesome! probably one of the best I’ve had. loved how attentive the staff was and how they rolled up their sleeves to help others.
