Holiday Inn Express Guymon, an IHG Hotel

Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable and no noise from hallway. Very pleasant experience on 3rd floor. Surrounding area was good area.

A party was being held in the conference room on the night of our stay. VERY loud music and voices in lobby and 1st floor. The music was so loud I could barely hear a conversion with my spouse while in the lobby area. This was the only issue at this property. The party noise was not heard inside our room.

Room and facility was clean.

Breakfast was your average cheap powdered eggs, etc... We were irritated at the fact we had to get the front desk operator to let us into the pool area when there was a sign next to the door instructing you to use your room key to gain access into the area. Was annoying because you had to either have someone let you back into the area, or grab the attendt each time you went to the restroom, etc, instead of simply scanning your room key. Other than that small annoyance we had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was great. They had a good variety of things. The hotel was very neat and clean. From the lobby to the room and the breakfast area were all spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would visit again. Planning on returning again in December. Also the hotel had updated colors.

The gravy could have been thicker.

I really loved the staff, they were so kind and polite when my children were a bit too loud. We were expecting to get a conjoined room and we had to have non conjoined and everyone was very kind and understanding that kids can be kids.

The location was a bit hard to find.

Everything was lovely.

My only comment is I stayed two nights and house keeping entered my room my first morning there with only a quick knock beforehand. I didn’t have enough time to react nor was I able to tell if it was for my room or one of the three next time to me.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I’m not kidding!

The back door around the back entry had a broken key pad so customers just kept it open with a brick but my room was near that exit door and I felt unsafe and vulnerable

Appreciated the quick check-in, and friendly staff member. Located next to gas station, food restaurants close in the area, and a Wal-mart is about 3 mins away. Very convenient location!

Could hear everything taking place in the room next to me (tv, conversations, etc...). I’m not sure if the walls are thin or my neighbors were just loud. Part of the parking lot is not paved, but more free parking is available in the back.

Our receptionist was amazing and stayed on the phone to help us find the hotel when we were lost. Mapquest and Google did not have clear directions. She was extremely helpful and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

We could hear our neighbor’s tv all night.

Breakfast was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Loved the Keurig in room coffee and the Dove bathroom products. We have stayed here before and will again.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful even when arriving at 11 at night. The room was clean and comfortable. According to my 9 year old it was, “just too comfortable.” Breakfast was also very good!
