The room was nice and clean when we got there. The bathroom was also very clean, and we got the 3rd floor, so we got a view of Guymon.

While our check-in was fast and easy, I just wished the receptionist was a bit more friendly. Also, maybe it was just me, but I wished my bed was a bit more comfortable.

The front desk was great. She really enjoyed it when I told her that booking.com charges $5 extra for a room with a toilet and she laughed with me because every room in their facility has a room with a toilet.

The weight room was hot and equipment was broken.

Enjoyed my stay there and the complimentary breakfast and especially the coffee! Very friendly staff!

The wi-fi didn't seem to want to work in the mornings. But the evenings it worked perfectly. Must have just been a little glitch someplace.

Good breakfast in the lobby-good. Room was big with great facilities. Location is excellent, though my Garmin GPS did not take me there

The check in lady was new and had zero idea how to use the computer system. I had not reserved prior to arrival, as I was aware that the hotel had plenty of rooms available. I stood in line for 30 mins while she tried to find available room for another person. In the meantime, whilst standing in line, I made a booking through Booking.com, and presented this to the receptionist

The Girl that worked the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. The maid was friendly and straightened up my room for the second night i stayed here. The room was clean. The girl that had prepared breakfast did a very good job. The food was good.

I did notice a odor only Hall and in my room. It seemed stronger in the hall. Do not know if it's cleaner for the covid or not?

it was very well kept and clean. my only problem was the lack of good lighting by the bed. while my husband watched tv I tried to read in bed but the one lamp wasn’t close enough.

Nice cool staff ,clean rooms , eazy to drive to all parts of the town Guymon ! Had a great time & we will be back !

No boiled eggs in the breakfast ,& upstairs washer wouldn't work for us ,took our coins ! & Your lovely pool was very cold ! Hot tub was great & very nice staff ! Thank you

We were so pleased with how friendly and considerate all of the staff was. The breakfast was really great and the beds were so so comfortable! I wish it was a hotel we were staying at longer than just one night on our way to our destination.

The sofa bed didn’t have a mattress and didn’t pull out. We had to have one of our children just lay on the couch to sleep.

That I was double charged for my. pet fee of $30.00 that I will be disputing as soon as the charge gets posted on my account.

Stayed in the jacuzzi tub room, which was so relaxing. Bed was very comfortable, room and hotel overall was very clean. COVID precautions did not interfere with a great breakfast. So many properties have resorted to a brown bagged affair that is neither very tasty or reflective of the cost of the stay, but here they had cooked to order hot breakfast which was delicious!

Seemed to be quite a bit of noise/activity in the parking lot, vehicles running, etc. But it appeared to be a work crew of some sort, so there was likely good reason for it.
