I've stayed here the past two years for the final weekend of OKRF, and Shauna is one of the most amazing customer service people I've ever met. She is warm, welcoming, bubbly, and all around an absolutely glorious hostess. She goes out of her way to make you feel truly seen and cared for. I wish there were more people like her in hospitality.

While the bed isn't the comfiest in the world, it's serviceable. My main complaint with the Muskogee Inn and Suites really isn't their fault, I don't believe. There was a pretty hefty feral cat family living in the parking lot/creek/neighboring trailer park. Over my 2-night stay, I poured out a bag of catfood for them, and I know they had quite the feast. There were adult cats and kittens. One kitten was sickly, and while some other guests and I did what we could to make it warm and comfortable, it died overnight, and it just broke my heart. It would give me a great deal of peace if the Muskogee Inn and Suites could get an animal rescue organization out to save all the cats and get them fixed so that won't happen again.

Well lit parking lot. After having our vehicle broken into in Amarillo at a nice hotel December 2021, it's imperative that I stay in a safe, well lit hotel/motel. The A/C worked great and when the tv acted up, management fixed it. Housekeeping was extremely nice, as were some of the front desk staff. Clean and nice furnishings.

The ventilation in the bathroom could be better. A kind of musty smell after using a hot shower. Bed was a bit too firm for me. The pre-packaged waffles had a really odd texture (like they were crystallized.)

The room was clean. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was great. The room was quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The air conditioner worked really well. It is located close to several different food choices.

The carpet was black and white. It felt a little worn. The toilet leaked around the base. There was some noise from the traffic, but nothing major.

When I checked in the lady was friendly. The room and property was clean. The bed was very comfortable, Well kept area. I would like to have had hot food for breakfast but the value was good for for what I paid. Overall the experience was good and I would definitely stay there again.

Like I said, I would have liked to have had a hot breakfast.

Incredible value! When I saw the price of the listing, I was very hesitant to pull the trigger but I'm so glad I did. The parking lot was brightly lit and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The listing said free breakfast but there was only coffee and some oatmeal packets. There's an Ihop right across the street, so no big deal, was just expecting something else. I know for next time!

The room was large and clean. The sink had good space for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC controls were easy to use and understand. The WIFI was reliable and response times were very good. There a number of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately my wife unknowingly left a special sleeping pillow in the room when she checked out. She immediately called the hotel when she realized what had happened and was told they couldn't find the pillow. How could they not see it, it was 4 feet long and was a medically prescribed pillow for her back. The housekeeper obviously threw it in the trash. I will be replacing the pillow at a cost of $130.00.

The room was beautiful. The TV was clear and bigger than expected for the room. They provided pumps of Dial body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as hand soap by the sink. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The fridge and a/c were excellent. there was more offered for breakfast than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently(ie cereal and yogurt)

LOTS of mayflies on the building and flying at you in the stairwell at dark (I wake up around 3:30am so shouldn’t be an issue to people on a normal schedule). And the only thing I really didn’t like was booking the room the day prior at 25 dollars more than it showed up for on the day of and all other subsequent dates. i don’t think that has anything to do with the hotel though. 🤷🏽‍♀️ no hot food for breakfast (but maybe that’s only disappointing because I paid more than other folks usually do)

from the moment we got to the Inn we were impressed. The front desk person was super friendly and helpful. She was so sweet and made check in a breeze. The rooms look and smell like they have been recently remodeled ( I could still smell the paint and the new furniture smell). The bed is comfortable, the room and bathroom were immaculately cleaned. You absolutely cannot beat this place for the price. We did not eat breakfast but the front desk person gave us a tour of what was available when we checked in and it looked really good. I am so glad we chose this as our place to stay. We will be coming back next year on our annual trip to Muskogee.

Everything was amazing. No complaints

The room is really nice! It comes with a big fridge and freezer, coffee machine, and even a microwave. Bed was very comfortable and with extra pillows. TV is nice and room is spacious and quiet.

Staff could be nicer and welcoming. The room was clean but you could tell that the cleaning was not done properly. We found beer bottles and water in the fridge.
