the hotel was lovely enjoyed the stay. the breakfast situation was not clear, should be BIGGER SIGNAGE describing the dinning and pay process. Every gust that came down to the lobby for breakfast walked directly to the food set out and didn't know they were supposed to order first. It also should be more than one person at all times working the breakfast area and taking orders. The young gentleman did a great job and was very kind with the breakfast area but was clearly overwhelmed.

Overall, this hotel was very nice. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly, which is a huge part of making or breaking an experience in my mind. Our room seemed mostly clean outside of a couple of sticky spots on one of the counter spaces and some fingerprints on the bathroom mirror. The hotel is close to a highway but was very quiet so we had a great night of sleep! Breakfast service was great in the morning.

We travel frequently and I will say that it felt a little pricey in my mind for the area and what the room was like.

It was a nice hotel. Loved the free shoot Oder breakfast. I’ve never been to a hotel that offered it that way. When we checked out the desk lady was super friendly. Customer service is so important.

When we checked in fairly late I. The evening. The desk clerk was not overly friendly. No hand soap in the bathroom. I responded to a text about check in. I was told they would bring it up shortly, and NO one ever showed.

Overall it was a very good accomodation. Nice environemnt and quite welcoming. The stuff is really nice with people.

The TV's needs replacement. Defenitely change TV's and TV connections. Should have smart TV's, with Netflix and You Tube, and can connect via mirrioring.

The staff was amazing. Very nice, professional and helpful.

The fact that the pool was “temporarily closed” without explanation. I was traveling with my kids and they really wanted to go swimming, and that was also part of the reason I booked at this hotel was because of the indoor pool. And the beds just weren’t comfortable.

The room was amazing and clean. The pool was amazing. I just wish that it was open later than 10 pm . The breakfast was top-notch and delicious. Every member of the staff was very friendly

We had only wished that the pool was open past till 11pm.

The purpose of my trip was to attend a wedding. I did not have breakfast in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The location was accessible to the highways which made travel to the wedding venue quick. To be completely honest, the room was so inviting, I really wanted to stay in the entire time and just relax.

A more scenic view would have been interesting. My room was on the backside of the building. Pretty green lawn but I’m the nosy type and like to see movement outside. But sitting outside on the bench was a nice solution.

rooms were big and the bed comfortable! staff was great!

The only issue we had was the bar was closed Friday-Sunday. We were there with family for our son’s wedding. in total, we had 8 rooms and we had to go to other nearby hotels to get a drink. I believe they were short staffed and are hiring, but it would have been nice to know the bar/restaurant would be closed during the weekend before we booked.

This is a convenient location to everything we do in Broken Arrow and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at other hotels in BA and usually rooms are clean but a welcoming staff will seal the deal on our return business. You have a gem with Russ. I am always cold as well and appreciated the extra blanket in the room! Thank you! The little touches mean a lot!

The breakfast was exceptional! We paid $1.50 extra for breakfast. Wow what a deal! The omelets were fantastic as were the pancakes and french toast! The room size, furnishings and comfort of bed were perfect.
