I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the lobby was well decorated & had a Bison & horse animal theme. The Rooms were spacious & comfortable. A/C Blew very cold, beds were so soft, & both TVs were huge! The pool & Jacuzzi area were clean & well stocked with pool towels. Breakfast was the BEST I EVER EXPERIENCED! they served Biscuits & Gravy, French Toast, Eggs, Potatoes, bagels, cereal, 4 different Juices, pancakes etc. The morning crew was friendly & fast, replenishing food & drinks for guests. Exceptional customer service, 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

Honestly, we waited about an hour after our check in time BUT it was a Holiday weekend & they were short staffed & the room still needed to be cleaned so I completely understood. THIS did not change my rating because the CUSTOMER SERVICE was Great & a couple cards drinks at the hotel bar satisfied me for the inconvenience.

I didn't wake up early enough to try the breakfast but will return in the future to try it out! What I loved was everything about the room I was in (301). The spacious bathroom and deep jet tub was amazing, but what I loved the most was the mattress and pillows. The pillows were exceptional and never sunk in the night so that I woke up parallel to the mattress, aching like I slept on hardwood floors like some other hotels I've stayed in. This mattress and pillows I slept on were perfect, and I hope you never change unless to improve even further. I woke up feeling completely rested and no aching muscles or joints. It was the reason I missed breakfast because getting a great night's sleep and waking up naturally was more important to me. I can't wait to return and visit the bar and play some pool!

Nothing I didn't like from my visit! I absolutely left raving about the hotel and the room and immediately recommended it to friends and locals who are looking for a relaxing and quiet night away right in the middle of Broken Arrow.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Beautiful spacious lobby with awesome decor. Our room was amazing with plenty of space for everyone.

One morning breakfast wasn’t great-many items were out and not replenished. It was a busy Saturday morning. Second morning was entirely different and a wonderful experience. There was no info sheet or booklet in the room with breakfast times, amenities, pool location or hours, channel guide etc. And that info wasn’t provided at check in. Also, our garbages were overflowing and nobody came until we asked at the front desk. I realize they don’t change sheets etc but nobody came to take dirty towels or empty garbage until after our second night. A bummer but not a deal breaker.

This was our second stay at Stoney Creek, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is always good and never any issues finding a parking place. This last stay we opted for a family suite and it was amazing! The room was very spacious, the beds were so neat, they looked like they were made from logs. The bunk beds were better then I anticipated, the bottom bunk was a double bed and the top a twin size. The king bed was an actual king size bed, not what I call the “hotel version.” We didn’t use the pull out couch bed this time, so no comment on the comfort of that one. All the other beds however were very comfortable. Being a family of 5 this was perfect for us and definitely worth the money. I will say that if traveling with littles, ask about getting a room with a tub. I tend to forget to do this and showering toddlers can be challenging.

My only complaint is that our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Or at least not vaccines well.

it’s pretty and clean hotel

desk lady was just ok, usually they are very welcoming but it was just another check-in for her. when going to our room we discovered the previous guest’s towel were still behind the bathroom door and there were still fingerprints all over the counter to lead us to believe the room was not thoroughly cleaned. called down to desk to let them know and same lady from check-in, all she said was I’m sorry, no offer to send someone up to get towels or anything. then the satellite did not work, had to call again and they did send someone up to reset the satellite. this is usually our go to hotel when visiting my daughter, but was a little disappointed this time around.

Nice, clean rooms with interesting and nice-looking decor. Pretty lobby, lounge, and library areas! Breakfast was great and Lisa was very helpful and kind. The indoor/outdoor pool was fun for the kids, and the hot tub was roomy (but only warm and not hot). We really liked the room layout…it was spacious, well-decorated, and had nice features like coffee maker, microwave and 2 TVs. Overall, the hotel was very clean and a great pick! The staff was always helpful, but there was usually only 1 person doing several jobs at the front desk. Oh, and Sushi House around the corner was delicious!!

The only negatives were that we had to call the front desk several times for more towels and for missing sheets/blankets on sleeper sofa, but the staff was kind and helpful, though seemed a little maxxed out. And that the pool and hot tub could be turned up a few degrees.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I did enjoy my night away from home

All in all it was fine and the most important thing, cleanliness was exceptional. I'm used to having little things like stationary and a pen for my convenience but there was nothing like that in the room. There was no literature about the hotel or nearby activities. No option to rent movies. Also there was teenage boys throwing a football over the pool where lots of kids were swimming. They were just having fun but I was a little concerned about safety

Everything was so clean. And the environment was so quiet, even with the bar connected and the place being packed. We would have never known anyone else was there if it wasn’t for running into people in the hall.

I did not like that the pool was not taken care of as often as it should be. The opening to the outside is a very cool aesthetic, but the amount of bugs was unreal. I would have cleaned it myself, but there was not even a net out.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast was fresh and at acceptable temperatures. Coffee was provided in the rooms.

Tea, as an option in the rooms, would have been nice. Bottled water in the rooms should be in the rooms. I am from outside the country and was uncertain about consuming the tap water. Using reusable cups, glasses, silverware, and plates would keep you more in line with being environmentally friendly.

Breakfast was fine and the location is very good.

I Don’t like paying a non refundable deposit for my small dog. We leave the room clean and she doesn’t cause any problems. So why not charge a deposit for kids. My kids were messier than her. And the kids sports teams that stay at hotels have ruined many stays for me.
