Staff were all extremely courteous and willing to help in any way. Front desk did a great job in accommodating my requests. Breakfast included several protein options (both warm and cold). Have stayed here more than once while visiting family and it's my choice whenever possible. Could also tell my room had been sanitized.

Can't think of anything. Always wish that prices were cheaper, but they are very competitive when you include a hot breakfast with several options.

We were in OKC for the holidays, and my family is spread across NW OKC, so the location was perfect for us. our room was very spacious, breakfast was good (waffle maker, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cereal, yogurt oatmeal, juices, coffee, etc…)and the price was excellent. Definitely good value for the money.

I wish there were fresh fruit options at breakfast. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it didn’t look like a pool I would willingly use.

Missed breakfast, I liked the room, it was a little small for suite especially with the bed in the sitting are open, very hard to get around, the sofa bed seemed uncomfortable but otherwise it was clean well furnished. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like is we arrived about an hour before check in and the desk clerk told us we couldn’t check in and we would have to come back in an 45 minutes. What? I told her she didn’t need to assign a room until we came back but she said it was not possible. The area was a bit run down. It was behind some closed businesses off the main road which made me leery but it was nice and clean inside and out. The pool was closed.

The location is convenient to many of Oklahoma City’s places we need to go see or do. The staff is always cheerful & eager to please!

The hairdryer in our room did not work. Also as a short, older person with arthritis, the shower curtain was too tall to reach in order to keep the hooks from sliding. That was very inconvenient!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations by far. We had eggs,sausage, fresh cooked mini waffles, milk,bagels and orange juice. There was also all kinds of cereal and breads if we had wanted it along with many other foods.

I really don't know how it could have been any better.

The staff when we checked in was absolutely excellent. First hotel ever to care that there were 4 people staying in the room and think we might need more towels and rags. Then she proceeded to get them for us right away. Very caring and friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

We liked the cleanliness and prompt response to replacing toiletries, towels and taking out trash. My family and I didn't get the chance to have breakfast because of the activities that brought us to Oklahoma. But next time well try to squeeze time to savor breakfast.

The pool was closed throughout our stay and my kids were very very disappointed because they had looked forward to spending time there especially during the day as we reply had not much to do not he late afternoon. Hopefully the pool opens up before our next visit next month.

I just needed a place to spend the night. No Fancy frills. I was greeted with a friendly face and check-in went smoothly and easily. It was worth what I paid for it, and didn't break the budget.

There wasn't anything that I disliked.

I was able to check in & take my stuff to my room early in the day, which was great because I had a lasik procedure noonish at a place just a couple miles down the road. The lady at check-in was super friendly & welcoming. The bed was comfortable & there was lots of comfy pillows. Everything was extra clean & there were hand sanitizing wipes in the room.

The cable didn’t actually work in the room. The TV just showed “No Signal” scrolling across the screen the whole time. It wasn’t a big bother because I had to spend the majority of my time with my eyes closed, but the background noise would have been nice.

Great location. Very clean. Great staff. Good coffee. No code needed for Wi-Fi. No parking issues.

Timer on refrigerator. Uncomfortable pillows. Horrible eggs and sausage.
