It’s a good location with great staff

The breakfast was very disappointing everything was broken or they didn’t have anything

beds were great, front desk was amazing and the walk in shower was wonderful for my friend who needed it. i love biscuit and gravy so it was a big hit for me. my friend loves yogurt so we were both pleased!

We stayed here due to emergency repairs being made at our home. It was close to home and it had a pool. Most of the staff was really nice.

The pool was closed our last 2 days there due to cleaning and the made us sign up for a time to swim alone. My kids were dying to find someone to play with… you are literally swimming in bleach (chlorine)… no germs there… also the hot tub was broken the entire time. I’d like to add this… We ended up needing to stay 5 extra nights due to our unfortunate situation. The hotel was a good stay for the booking.com price on our first 2 nights. Our extra nights were at their full price. Huge disappointment for the full price. We could have done something much nicer for that price or found something cheaper. I wish we would have done something different for those extra nights.

the bed was extremely comfortable. the housekeeper went out of her way to get my baby’s cup to me because we forgot it in the room, and I was searching the car for it when she ran outside looking for us! I was beyond thankful, as she definitely DID NOT have to do that ❤️

the room stayed kinda hot even with the AC on high, but luckily temps outside weren’t too bad so it didn’t get extremely bad. I feel like it was a little overpriced, personally, just because it’s a little outdated and seemed to need some maintenance.

the people at the reception were helpful and impressive and rooms were clean and in good condition and also microwave was available

i couldn’t eat breakfast at 06:30 am because I was fasting so you had to take meal before 05:30 am so I couldn’t eat anything.

Excellent. Breakfast/Lots of choices, 7am -10am. Clean and cool rooms. Everything clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of carts available for luggage. Rooms within my price range. Two double beds.

Christina is 11 stars out of 10. Very accommodating and took initiative which rarely happens in any business currently. Very pleasant and very personable.

Amazing staff! Super friendly! Made us feel like family the moment we walked in. Everything was clean. Our room was very nice. We want to go back!

The hot tub wasn’t working at this time but it wasn’t a big deal cause it was 115 degrees outside

The manager was really nice and went out of her way to accommodate me after I had changed my reservation and had to change it back last minute. She was so helpful.
