Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City-West

I was very impressed about the security here. No one allowed even to the lobby without a card Security guard on duty walking the whole property from 7:00pm to 7:00 am. Everything was wonderful very clean nice room and staff were very friendly. Breakfast area and the breakfast served was good and I didn’t see until we checked out they have room service but also located close to some really good restaurants and shopping.

Close to interstate so was kinda noisy and some type of facility with a emergency room next to the hotel so heard a lot emergency vehicles

Great for a family. The room was spacious, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave was really convenient for staying with smaller children. I especially like the front is key entry only. We felt very safe staying there. The whole place was VERY CLEAN! Great hot breakfast. The staff was very nice and very nice to the kids. We will make this our preferred place to stay where ever we travel.

The hotel itself was really nice. Room was spacious and clean. No issues with parking. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Not on the property, but all around seemed like a lot of maybe homeless people walking around. It was very dark at night. Have to be careful not to hit somebody while driving.

At checkin, the male front desk clerk was super friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Valet/luggage carts were readily available.

At checkout I requested a printed receipt, yet the female front desk clerk absolutely refused to print one because I booked through Bookings.

Having to have a key just to enter the front door. The front desk agent was a little stiff when I checked in. The lady at check out in the morning was very friendly. Also overall the place was too hot. Felt too far from any place that I wanted to go. Also it was a nice hotel that felt like it was in the middle of and industrial park.

We traveled as a family so this hotel really fits our needs. The room is very clean and big. The hot breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choices.

Just like other hotels, the sound proof was poor. We can hear people walking upstairs. The front desk staff who checked us in was really nice and friendly. But the one who checked us out said there’s no receipt because we booked the hotel on a third party website. That’s the only hotel on my road trip that doesn’t give me receipt.

Comfortable beds. A/C worked great. Room darkening shades totally blacked out the room. Rooms were very well insulated against outside noise.

The hotel was really nice, the front desk was open and inviting. The staff at ck in wasn't so well professionally, and courteous, they were confusing at times. Nut,The room was just big enough for all seven of us. We got the two bedroom king bedroom suite. The pool is only outside, so wasn't open to swim since kinda cool still. They even have a basketball goal..the bed was very comfy, and soft with just enough. In all it was a great stay. We'd definitely be back .

Size of room was GREAT. Having kitchen was very nice.

Paper towel roll in kitchen -- was brand new - however it had been stored under the sink and apparently had been wet -- there was what appeared to be mold on the bottom of the roll.

Sabastian was very nice and professional when he checked us in.

They charged me $75 for a therapy dog. There manager brought it down to $50. That is still outrageous. For what? The dog stayed in his kennel the whole time. We were very disappointed in that charge
