Room was very cold A few HBO and movie channels Very comfortable beds which is a big plus They keep the grounds picked up Staff was good about fixing the magnetic keys when they blanked out. They do door to door trash and linen pickup. Housekeeping is top-notch. They really have excellent service for housekeeping. No pet fee. That is a huge plus. This is a decisive factor. There is no carpet in the room. If you need to extend they can keep you in the same room.

They need to mop the stairs and sidewalks. Sometimes dog waste gets tracked down the walks and sidewalk. It would also be a good idea to power wash the walks and parking lot maybe once a month or so. The exterior walls and lot were dirty. Do not walk barefoot. Wifi in rooms kept lagging out. Sometimes it disconnected. It seemed like wifi was overtaxed sometimes by too many users or something. TV channels would periodically have signal interrupt for a few seconds to a few minutes, but it always resolved. Mirror in our room was broken and missing a large piece. Needed to be replaced. A dog had chewed on the shelf holding the refrigerator before we checked into our room. No functional impact but not the most asthetically pleasing to look at.

I had an issue with my first room. Front desk took care of it immediately and moved me to a different room. Check in clerk was friendly and efficient. When I checked out the manager apologized for my issues and was also friendly despite having just delt with a very rude and unruly guest. The room was very clean and the pillows in my second room were super comfortable.

Both beds were a little worn, but still fairly comfortable.

I could have my pet stay free.

Nothing, really, it is an older motel but that my pet was free, it was in a good location for our continued journey, and the bed was super comfortable trumped all other concerns for me. Oh, and the room coffee was decent which was a plus.

Nice big room. 2 king beds and a pull out sofa. Plenty of room for me and my kids. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. My children and I all felt safe. I'm just glad they were able to accommodate me.

The fact that they made me pay a $50.00 cash deposit besides charging my card $75.00. In a message they sent me said I check out after 1 pm. I turned in my hotel room keycards at 11:45 am. 15 minutes prior to 12 pm checkout

The young girls that work so hard at cleaning the rooms did a great job. and if you don't need anything they would go past your room very quietly. the room was so nice and clean and we had no problem with how much light we had. The fridge kept everything nice and cold. but not so cold that it froze what was not to be frozen. We really enjoyed our stay, only next year please can we have a ground floor as we aren't getting any younger, and the stairs aren't very much fun. Thank you so much for a worry free stay.

the stairs going up and down. I'm getting to old and fat to climb them. everything else was too perfect to complain about.

the front desk made me wait in the lobby and sleep on the couch for 4 hours until his boss got there to let me into my room because i locked my key in my room and the room was in my husbands name who was at work and he wouldnt let me use the phone in the lobby because i also had my phone in my room and he said there was no number on our reservation so i had to sleep in my nighty in the lobby freezing cold and he wouldnt let me even use the phone and then when the boss got there he woke me up and took me to my room because he remembered me from coming into the office everyday and paying for the room and giving me keys everyday!! it was unexceptable

Great location, room was nice size and very clean, bed was very comfortable

Homeless people all around outside during the day and worse at night, I would not of felt safe walking around or to my car at night without my husband or dog.

The room was clean an neat. Staff was friendly.

I didn't care for the homeless people in the area. Other than that it was a comfortable nice stay

Good location, friendly staff, adequate parking near your room, spacious room, fridge and microwave.

The bed was literally the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my entire life.

There was a lot of negative lifestyle traffic around the property. The staff can’t deal with it all and be in every place all the time they do why they can!
