Best Western Seminole Inn and Suites

Super helpful and friendly staff made me feel welcome and cared for while also showing excellent professionalism during a city-wide internet outage. The landscaping stood out as a delightful signal of the experience that awaited me inside. Somehow this felt like home for 1.5 days.

Maybe invest in off-the-grid internet service? The city-wide outage disabled many small businesses’ phones and credit card capabilities, so maintaining service independently could be a differentiating factor in keeping operations flowing and guests happy.

The new woman can't remember her name in seminole location but she's said she was 2 weeks into the job she was awesome my wife suffers from mental health illness and the staff was awesome 👌

The breakfast is kinda cheap for the price of the the jacuzzi suite for one night should come with better food than the basic rooms

This was a stopover on an I-40 trip. We were happy to drive a few minutes out of the way to go to a Best Western. It was conveniently located next to a McDonald's and near a Starbucks. Nice sized room and very comfortable king bed.

We reserved a non-smoking room but were accidentally given a smoking room at check-in. We went back to the front desk and were given a new room right away. We overslept and missed breakfast, but the staff was very nice and gave us a brown bag with water bottles and granola bars for the road.

as we were getting ready for a funeral and not ready or ready to leave/checkout yet, and not even close to checkout time, housekeeping knocked on the door wanting our towels. It was like GTF out if here!

The staff was very friendly and helped in all ways possible. The helped us find the nearest grocery store and even checked to see if they were still open.

The breakfast was cold, there was no meat (sausage or bacon), the muffins and fruit had run out by 8:00am

I was in town for my Father's funeral and the hotel is right there. I have stayed here many times and really like the service

That they didn't have a restaurant because the food is so good

Bed was comfortable. Newer update so that was good. Megan was the best staff! Very kind and helpful ;)

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

The pillows were square instead of your typical rectangle pillow. I kept falling in the crack between two of them throughout the night.

Did not eat breakfast. Location was perfect.

Mattress was hard, even the pillows were hard. Had bad sleep.

The rooms were better than expected. Very nice. The breakfast area was nice also. Kids enjoyed the pool.

I rented a conference room and had to clean it myself.
