Hotel was easy to find and in a good location not far from stuff but not in the mist of all the traffic and sounds of the town. Staff was friendly and answered all questions we had even told us some of their fav places to eat for us to try out as it was out first time in town. Room was clean and in order was a good size room for just the two of us.

Bed was hard i like mine a little softer it was like sleeping on the ground. The tv was fuzzy half the time and would cut in and out when watching a movie. Our door to the room was hard to open and even harder to close and lock.

I stayed in an accessible room. The only issue was the toilet. There was a grab bar on one side but all accessible toilets need bars on both sides, either a portable bar device or bars mounted on walls, If someone is not able to pull themselves up with one bar, there will be issues.

Check in was easy and the staff was so helpful. I have no complaints on this hotel. I had pets and they stayed calm for the three days we were there. My husband and daughter really enjoyed themselves. Our room was very clean, smelled good and everything worked in it.

I can't say anything bad or anything I disliked about this hotel.

Good location and nice size rooms.

Towels were not changed daily unless requested. Prefer they are changed unless towels are hung up or Do Not Disturb is placed on the door. Not all mobility accessible rooms have mobility accessible showers.

The hotel was conveniently located. The facility was clean and the indoor pool looked nice. I did take a peek at the breakfast, but decided to just have coffee.

The rooms were a little dated looking. I believe the TV was a 32" was seemed incredibly small for the size of the room. I was really not impressed with the comfort of the beds - they seem to have seen better days. There was also a funky smell in the room.

I didn’t stay for breakfast but the bed was very comfortable n the room was for people with mobility issues. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room.

I looked at breakfast bar n you really could have a better selection than what they had.I was very pleased with my room and the bed.

they are very attentive and sweet people and a very clean place and amazing breakfast.

no vending machines have to get snacks at front desk. and biscuits get harder as the days go like they are old.

The air conditioner was really cold. I travel a lot and it is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The bed on the fold out sofa was broken. We were able to make fur though

I liked the location and the staff. The location of the property was conveniently close to restaurants. The staff was extremely pleasant.

I didn’t like that the room we got looked absolutely nothing like the picture on this website. The room also wasn’t very clean.
