I liked the cleanliness of the property ! Very important in this pandemic ! The staff was very friendly & helpful ! I enjoyed my stay here !
My room was toward the extra side door ! Even though there were signs there, people continued to smoke very close to those doors, causing people to have to walk through that smoke if using that door to enter the building ! The smoke followed anyone entering that door, causing the entry way to smell bad and stunk up the hallway to the rooms ! My clothes smelled like cigarettes & I don’t smoke !

Staff is so friendly, they accommodate my needs each time I stay with them, which is often. They are remodeling and the new rooms are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while in shawnee to book here.

The location was very easy to find and near everything I needed to be at while staying there. The room was spacious and clean. The check-in was a breeze. The staff was kind and courteous. The rates were affordable.

It was an over night stay while driving back home. It as last minute stay. The room was quite and hotel wasn't noisy. Wasn't able to hear the traffic from the highway I-40.
Had to get best value off booking.com. The bed cover and carpet had burn stains. Carpet was old and need to be replace. Room was on second floor with no elevator.

Booking.com charged me for a continual breakfast. Which they did not serve, because of the Covid Pandemic. You need to check before you change for breakfast. I did not get a refund on that charge . Bill was 350.34
