Friendly staff. Comfortable. Quiet. Nice location. Has everything I need (usually) without the things I don’t, plus very cool wildlife wood paneling in some rooms (from someone who isn’t usually a great fan of wood paneling at all—it’s perfect for Inland NW). I look forward to staying at Bridge Street Inn. The reasons I have to travel when I stop in Baker City are stressful under the best circumstances. Staying at Bridge Street Inn takes away some of the stress.
Ice machine wasn’t working. 2nd time. I get trying to find parts for older equipment, though. Hope the part gets found. Travel aggravates a back issue. Being able to ice my back helps. Not traveling isn’t possible.

Check in and communication was top notch. I was given the room i asked for and was greeted very nicely on check in. Even had a chocolate chip cookie. Owner was working that night and it was nice to hear how invested she was in the property and making it a great stay for everyone
I cannot complain about the facilities at all as I know how hard the staff and owner are working to improve this inn for all the guests. It was exactly as it was described and I have stayed in other hotels in Baker City and I will definitely return to this one

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! The hotel is walking distance to everything that matters in downtown Baker City - great restaurants, beautiful restored commercial buildings and homes as well as broad, clean and walker friendly streets. The staff at Bridge Street was universally friendly and helpful. Our completely remodeled and up to date room was wonderful with a great shower, a nice TV and good TV package and very comfortable bed. Also, the morning breakfast while not elaborate had plenty of good choices and a few unexpected pleasant extras.

It's great to find a "classic' motel that's being updated and well taken care of. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and complimentary breakfast was a step up from many we've experienced - had plenty of choices including scrambled eggs. hard boiled eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit and much more. Just off downtown Baker City so it was easy to walk to dinner.
Our rooms were on the small side, with a pretty tight bathroom - compact, but overall the room was still comfortable and fully appointed. Plenty of room for a single person or couple.

The 2 queen room was actually 2 separate rooms, joined by a door. 2 separate bathrooms. Loved that they put a local vendors soap in the room, it smelled lovely. The people were very friendly and helpful. We walked 1.3 miles each way for dinner, on a city walking path (wanted to get in steps) along the river. The breakfast in the office looked good, but we had already opted for the great breakfast place across the street.
The lack of outlets for charging phones. Tablets.

Classic road side motel undergoing updates. Looks dated on the outside but the rooms have been updated nicely. We asked for and got a quiet room facing the back of the property. Ample parking. Decent Wifi in the room (none in the reception/breakfast area). Very comfy King bed. Lamps with outlet on one side of bed and in the middle above the bed.
Wifi in the breakfast area for reading news over breakfast on Wifi-only iPads. Baked goods from a local Baker City bakery instead of the packaged sugar-loaded stuff. Full-sized yoghurts instead of the tiny ones that barely fit a spoon ;-)

For a budget motel, Bridge Street has always been a very good place with attention to detail and well-maintained facilities. They clearly take pride in providing good accommodations. We have stayed here for many years, and it continues to improve over time. A lovely continental breakfast with quality, healthy options is provided in their clean and comfortable lobby. The rooms are very quiet -- even the little refrigerator is a quiet one! Everything functions as it should -- the shower, tv, etc. Love the proximity to restaurants and bars downtown, and to the river trail -- walking distance to everything! If you don't mind a small room, this place is great.

This is a smaller, non-chain motel that obviously strives to make the guests comfortable. The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The shampoos, soaps, lotions, were better than most hotels offer. The breakfast included eggs and meat as well as all the other usual items. We were very pleased with our stay there.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff and accomodations were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Has a wonderful place in back to walk your pets. Would reccomend this place to everyone. This is the second time staying here, when traveling up north, and will stay again in the future.
One of the toasters were broken, but nothing that couldn't be overcome with a little patience. That is the only thing that I would say was a chore....(if you want to call it that).

Newly renovated room with a comfortable chair and a new rain-type shower. Nicely firm bed and lighting that doesn’t impact the TV. Great breakfast and a warm and friendly staff.
Pretty minimal. I would have liked more shelf space in the bathroom, though I know only so much is possible. My only other suggestion is to place a pad and pen in the room. I wanted to leave a note of thanks for the housekeeping staff.
