I liked the owner a lot! He went out of his way to correct a mess up by one of his front desk clerks! I was mistakenly double charged on checkout by one of his office staff! It stressed me out; but the either owner or manager, was gracious enough to help me out on an Uber ride to the Amtrak Station in Portland! Had he not stepped forward; and righted a blunder by one of his underling staff, I would have been in a world of hurt! I want to personally thank him again, one last time: THANK YOU, SIR!👍

The very underling staff person that made the double dip charge on my method of payment on checkout; was behaving in an asinine fashion, during my stay with Clackamas Inns & Suites, ironic isn't it?! Acting super strict about mundane nonsensical things; putting forth the ambiance of professionalism, then this person makes an error like this!🤯 Thank God his Boss was there at checkout, or else I would've been screwed!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was good because you could go easily in any direction since it is located near a freeway and major roads. And bathrooms had bars attached to wall over bathtub!! Hard to find in most motels!

It was difficult to get in and out of the parking area. And the room we were in had a jacuzzi tub which might be nice for some, but even with the wall bar, it was too deep for those with even some mobility issues. That should be mentioned at check in especially when someone states they need the bar to help them enter and exit the tub.

I liked the price and it was worth the price. It was clean and comfortable. It's definitely an older place but well kept.

I didn't like the parking situation. The AC in our room didn't work that well and barely cooled down the room at all. I also couldn't find any ice machines anywhere. The location was good as far as stores and things to do but kinda loud from highways. Wasn't too loud for me to sleep though. With all that being said I definitely would stay there again.

The parking garage and area felt very safe and was close to lots of places I frequently visit when I go to Portland for a weekend which is monthly . Fresh paint, updated rooms, clean filters on the a/c heater unit, good water pressure and moderately comfortable beds. Check out is also later than most places which is a huge plus.

The intersection where the hotel is located is hard to navigate and is a little tricky but it's not the hotel's fault. You just need to circle around the intersection where the hotel is if it's busy but 90% it's fine.

Nice place with the right pricing to accommodate my needs. Location was in good area with plenty of restaurants near. Parking was very convenient.

Some of the activities outside of the hotel control. Signs of drugs use and homeless but not the hotel fault. The hotel could police the property a little bit better to maintain a safe environment.

Both the night and day employees we encountered were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had an unfortunate change of plans and missed our original reservation I had made online with a booking service & was told it was non refundable. Thankfully, Jim the manager went above and beyond to communicate with our booking service to make new arrangements to ensure we were still able to use our money we had paid. Jim was able to quickly turn a potentially bad situation around for us and we were checked into our room to relax in no time at all. We were able to relax & enjoy the rest of our stay in Oregon because of him. Very appreciative. Thank you to everyone at Clackamass Inn & Suites

We wish breakfast hours were longer, but we always seem to wake up too late for breakfast 😫

Very comfy beds. Super clean. I enjoy the coffee in room machine for first thing in the morning. The breakfeast is kind healthy and nourishing. Overall there's quite a bit to like.

I don't like how hard it is to pull into motel coming south on 82nd drive. Have to go up get in left turn lane and turn around in the shopping mall lot and come in from the south headed north on old 82nd drive.

location was convenient for us. Room was clean and loved that it had a refrigerator and microwave. staff was very friendly and helpful. will stay there again.

everything about the property was fine. we unfortunately had noisy neighbors but that is not the property’s fault

I liked how friendly the staff was. Housekeeping did an excellent job and the room was very clean. We slept in and missed the complimentary breakfast but no worries there are several restaurants close by. No more hunting for a place to stay while we're in Portland,

Initially we thought the neighborhood was a little sketchy but after driving around, looking for a place to eat breakfast, we decided the neighborhood was fine.

The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was very comfy. All the things you would need in a hotel space, desk microwave, TV, shower, all wonderful

If I had to say one thing it would mostly like be the windows, even with the windows closed you could still very clearly hear traffic that was mostly the issue
