I liked the check-in experience. There was some kind of mix-up with our reservation, but the lady at the front desk was very good at resolving it. She was calm, professional, and was very honest about the mix up. I liked the room, it met our needs, and was very clean when we arrived.

I didn't care for the pillows, I will be sure to bring my own next time, and the waste basket was also too tiny, hardly enough room for our trash. But the biggest thing was that there was another employee who I observed who was using F-bombs while outside the office and walking around, talking loudly so everyone could hear her. She seemed to be arguing with the other employee, who was speaking quietly. My wife and I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism heard from this other employee. I don't know who she was to the business, but I would not keep an employee who is violating the quiet and quaint experience that the motel promises. Employees need to have their verbal altercations away from their patrons.

We were very late for check-in, and it was after 11 pm before we got there. We did call to let them know we wouldn't make it by our original estimated arrival time of 8 pm. Yet, the desk person stayed up and on the job until just after 11 pm when we finally arrived and was very congenial about it all. The motel is older, yet the room and entire property was perfectly clean, properly stocked with toiletries/coffee, etc. The mattress the most comfortable I've experienced in a motel ever! Kudos to the owners/staff for their superior dedication to excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms!

It was great!

The property was clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant right next to the motel so we just walked over there. When we checked in, the desk person was very pleasant and nice and made us feel welcome. The only down side at the motel was that the ice machine was out of order.

Even though everything was clean and comfortable, it is definitely an older motel. It seemed to us that the price we paid was a little bit above what should have been charged for this particular motel.

The Deco was awesome and comfortable enjoyed it. The room was just the right size for two of us. The grounds where well-kept and the parking lot was clean with plenty of parking. I will stay there again.

Bathroom was dated and small, the bathroom was well kept and clean. If I was a large person the bathroom would not work. Road noise could not be helped.

I travel to this city frequently and need a place to stay. As the only motel, it probably doesn't have to reach the high standard that it does. I am pleased to have a clean comfortable friendly place to stay with competitive rates. I recommend it without reservation.

Needed a place to stop for the night with a bed and a shower. Found a clean comfortable room recently remodeled. Well appointed with a microwave and refrigerator. Excellent parking for me and my trailer. A well cared for older property and a good value.

Very clean and comfortable room. The motel is older but is has been nicely updated. It is located in a quiet area. The TV, refrigerator and microwave all worked. We had a good night's rest. The motel staff were all very nice.

Our room did not have air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Quiet. Clean grounds. Excellent, attentive staff.

Really great value old school motel. The lady at the front desk was really nice. We needed a clean and comfortable bed for the night and this motel provided.

No A/C but it really wasn’t necessary because during the night it was cold and in July.

exceptionally clean and well updated, this is a small motel close to the downtown and the highway to the beaches (which are about 13 miles away), but also quiet. very nice staff and the room had coffee, fridge, microwave and lots of space. I would definitely stay here again.
