I wasn't expecting much because this was about the least expensive motel in Coos Bay. We were pleasantly surprised that the place was quite decent. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean (except for the nasty looking coffee maker that we didn't use). I appreciated the nice tile floor. Carpet in motel rooms always gives me the heebie jeebies. The curtains were barely hanging on and would not keep out the light that disturbed my sleep if I slept on my preferred left side. The breakfast in the lobby was the minimal fare I expected; bananas, apples, cold cereal and packaged danish. The coffee was terrible. Overall, the place was almost great for a place to sleep comfortably for one night. I would stay there again.

Staff very nice and friendly. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Room wasn't in good shape, The sink didn't have a stopper for the water. The curtains weren't hanging properly. Looked like they were about to fall off. The floor in main part has flooring issue. Part of the covering on floor warped, sticking up. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to keep water from getting on the floor. We mopped it up with towels.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a king bed and were on the ground floor with 2 small dogs. The tv was large and worked well. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and a small coffee maker. The small wall heater kept the room cozy warm. The price was good for the room size and amenities. I think it deserves a better rating on Booking than it has.

The room was small, and some things were in need of updating, but the bed was comfortable, and that is the main thing.. Thicker towels and sheets would be nice and a warmer blanket. Hopefully, they will update them as they can.

It is right down town near all the cool stuff but the road noise can be hard for someone with sleep issues. The traffic affected my sleep with earplugs and a fan on high. Would recommend to someone who doesn't mind traffic noise

Sink didn't drain and fridge didn't work but I'm not picky and made it work!

Walking distance to town, close to the Bay. I liked the parking set-up, parking inside the facility. Checkin was quick with a friendly, cheerful woman staffing the desk. Basic but clean and attractive room with good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. The place had a 6.4 rating and it's definitely a better motel than most based on my experience.

Shawn was extremely attentive and helpful, he has really hone in what customer service is. We felt safe.

The only thing that was stressful was parking with a pop up trailer not the facilities fault and it was manageable but a bit stressful for me I had to unhook the pop up trailer than park my jeep but overall there wasn't really andthing that we didn't like although they did try to charge us for one night after this stay although I don't remember booking for that night.

My husband and I love this hotel it's centrally located right in the middle of all the action in Coos Bay. The rooms have all been remodeled look fantastic 🤩 the staff is always friendly and helpful and their breakfast is delicious 😋🤤.

Some of the other guests can make you feel uncomfortable and I think one may be semi living there 🤷🏻‍♀️. No judgement just my personal experience but don't count this as a negative for others!

Great on all fronts and the staff was awesome and gave from the heart We checked in on the 8th of March then I spent the next 10 days in hospital and my Husband and our two little 4 legged children were safe and warm and the staff took extra care to help them thought this difficult time as I was in the hospital with pneumonia. I want to Thank everyone that helped and want them know that I am truly great ful. This is a great place to stay

The staff were all very friendly, convenient location, not bad for the price definitely stayed in worse and paid for more!

We had to wipe down the entire room with sanitizing wipes the bedding toiletries towels and such were all freshly changed but it didn't look like any surfaces had actually been wiped down from previous stay? They definitely need to update and keep their welcome binders cleaner! It was chewed up and every page was super super sticky! Again no bodily fluids or anything like that just needed a good wipe down! But still ALOT better than some we've paid way more for so just bring some sanitizer wipes and your all good! And NO WE DID NOT GET SICK FROM WIPING THE SURFACES OURSELVES! MAIDS WORK HARD WE CAN DO A LITTLE TOUCH UP NOW AND THEN!!!
