Room was well furnished, and everything was incredibly comfortable including the bed and pillows. The host was excellent and very welcoming – we had a great chat, and he recommended some great places to eat. The place itself has a lot of character both inside and outside the rooms (particularly if you're into Star Wars). Also fairly quiet at night given its location on the main highway.

Nothing to dislike about the place. Maybe it would benefit from a table? (There's a kitchen counter in the room.)

The whole place is quirky and unique! Each room is decorated with hand-painted murals, and a theme...wild west, Star Wars, etc. Guests get a complimentary glass of hard cider (yum!) and soaps and other amenities are locally produced. It was comfortable and clean, andvI can't wait to go back!

The only drawback was the itty-bitty bathroom. Fully functional, very clean, and charming, but very small (I'm a large person.) I would still go back, though - it was better than many larger hotels.

Rick was very nice and offered us a choice of rooms. He also offered cider, fresh ground coffee, and local beer. The room was nice with a kind of old western theme. The hotel had EV chargers, electric bikes, and other things to enjoy during our stay.

The matress was on the very soft side. I would have liked a firmer bed. But other than that it was a great stay.

This is a real stay in a real Inn. I did not expect the reception we received and it was delightful. Rik was friendly and so helpful! The room was fun and the bed very comfortable. Coffee was fantastic! And there was recycling and a commitment to a smaller environmental footprint. There was nothing to not like!

The rooms are as unique as the innkeeper! This place inn is a labor of.creative love. It's my favorite place to stay on the oregon coast. He freshly grinds your coffee, you get complementary mini growlers with local.brews and I guarantee you will meet.some really cool.people during your stay.

The location is convenient, but you do still get street noise.

We had a fantastic welcome - Rik gave us a quick check in and immediately booked a local restaurant as we arrived late. The room was comfortable and the complementary beers were most welcome.

Nothing, it was a great introduction to Oregon hospitality.

This was such a great stay and my husband and I had a blast staying in North Bend. I have never had such a warm reception - I mean, the owner brought us freshly ground, locally roasted coffee when we arrived! Upon the owner's recommendation we went to the Seven Devils Brewhouse in Coos Bay for dinner and enjoyed their rendition of fish and chips made fresh caught tuna. We used the howler provided by the motel to bring some beer back to our room. When we returned from dinner we decided to head up the street and grab some drinks at the Humboldt Club. It was pretty quiet but it was such a cozy spot. Not at all updated, but impressively clean. The bartender was also extremely welcoming and we just had a really nice time hanging out there. I would highly recommend a stay at this motel!

Location is great. Father and daughter have created a wonderfully welcoming and whimsical place. It's mostly boring motels in this part of the coast - this is a delightful alternative.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rick the inn keeper is the best guy holy. So so so kind and went WAY above and beyond with multiple things. The rooms are themed to perfection. So hilarious and fun. Just so sweet and nice all around. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is absolutely one of those hidden gems you hope to find on a road trip. Stay here for the love of god!
