Front desk staff was really friendly and nice while the cleaning did a great job cleaning the public areas to be spotless (which is rare in hotels) and the room was clean as well. So appreciated! Also I loved the night cookies! They allow dogs and cats and I didn't hear a dog the whole time! Breakfast was also really extensive and complete.

Walls and floors are thin so get a top room if you can. They said they put kids on the bottom floors but they had ones up in the higher floors when I was there. In particular the floors can be loud and I could definitely hear kids yelling but it quieted way down at night. Also there is a train that goes by but I stayed facing the river so the noise from that and the highway was minimal.

Loved it. Text from staff after checking in making sure we were happy with the room which may be a bit invasive for some but fine to me and its nice to have a modern method point of contact other than a landline phone or going to front desk. Pool was great for kids. Fresh filtered water tap to fill up jugs before we left. 5 minute walk from downtown or windsurfing area, 2 minute drivs. Breakfast was good and fresh waffle making was cool. Room was a nice layout and felt big. Very friendly with dogs and a nice area right next to the front door where you can throw a ball for a dog and they can use the bathroom. Overall good vibe, you could tell everyone was pretty happy with their stay.

Bit noisy, our room, but that’s just what you get at that prime location. Good trade. Also no blackout curtains, so it was a bit bright from outdoor lighting.

Loved the room size, the bed was COMFY, and the bathroom was huge and luxurious feeling. The room was clean and well lit. They made you feel very welcome. It was definitely worth the stay!

There is no microwave in the room, and the parking for trailers and RVs was non-existent. Where they wanted you to park (a west side access road) was too far from view to be comfortable leaving it there.

The room was clean and reasonably appointed, and larger than one might expect. The bed was adequate.

For a rather expensive room, it didn't have anything to distinguish it. The window overlooked the freeway, which brought in as much noise as light. As one might expect from a big chain, the place was largely devoid of character or creativity.

Breakfast was fabulous, one of the best free breakfast we've had. The staff was fantastic. We love the suite layout for family comfort. Just made an excellent home base away from home. The location is okay, it's close enough to drive to all the main attractions of Hood River.

The air conditioner / heater was a little noisy (strange noises). And the noise from the highway was a little odd

Breakfast was good as always but need to do away with those dry egg meat on English muffin type things and just do scrambled eggs sausage and bacon. Need microwave popcorn, either in room or at lease for sale in shop.

The facilities were clean and breakfast was good. The location of the hotel to downtown and the riverfront breweries was fantastic. The view and size of the room was great.

The hot tub was not working while we were there which was a bit of a bummer but I could get over it. There was more road noise than I would have expected out of a Hilton property especially being on the side of the hotel that faced the river and not the road. Probably the biggest negative surprise was the bed. The bed wasn't the worst hotel bed I have slept on but it was probably top 3-4 hardest which I didn't expect out of a Hilton property.

location was great walkable to outdoor activities and restaurants/coffee

I was here on a work trip and paid for the faster internet. it never worked and Hiltons customer service was unable to fix it. The regular internet connection was variable. They also never processed the refund for it. I was able to use cell service for some of my zoom meetings when I couldn’t get internet to work.

Great staff. Clean. Pretty good breakfast for a freebie. I was pleasantly surprised by this place.

The internet was pretty awful. They need to fix that. Signing on was a pain. Had to get front desk to help. Should be client friendly.

The staff were so friendly. So well located on the beautiful Hood River and walking distance to brewery and town. Rooms were large clean and has everything you needed.
