The staff were outstanding other than the management. They need a lot of work the way they reprimand and belittle and put down their employees in front of customers which they shouldn’t be doing at all the way they do frankly, I believe the manager should be fired or taken and put in training to learn how to talk to his female employees

Transience people that are off the streets coming in and roaming through the property other than that everything else was fine

you bed was THE BEST BED I'VE EVER SLEPT ON!!!!! i'd like to know what kind it is so i can get one for our home!!! the other AMAZING thing is the receptionist gave us change which we needed for our event, even tho' she wasn't suppose to give out change on a weekend (cuz she very likely could need that change for the weekend/ without access to the bank))

didn't smell as FRESH as i like, but this days inn is an older establishment....

The room was recently decorated, nice modern tiles, newly painted, clean carpet. Some noise from the highway, but I like background noise when I am trying to sleep, and we both slept like logs.

Not much really. The tub and bathroom tiles were a little slippery when I stepped out of the shower, but there was a firm hand rail.

Easy check in, convenient location, large, comfortable room with a sofa, all the amenities (fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffeemaker, ice machine) and they all worked. Attractive property nicely kept up. Nice breakfast in the lobby, with newspapers and a computer. Lots of nearby shopping and food places, like, IN the parking lot.

Some noise from I-5 but not bad.

Pool open .Big room.close to super market.Good breakfast.They were able to give us our favourite room there despite some screw up with the reservation.

Slow check in,too busy with paperwork to check us in for 10 minutes.Then a problem with their credit card machine..another 10 minutes.

Everything. Clean room and very nice staff. The pool was definitely a plus. The morning staff lady was exceptionally nice to talk with.

The towels . They where no towels short of towels. That's it nothing bad.

Everything , the staff is very nice and help full.... need anything just ask they are good with getting you what you need..

The pool closing i like to swim at night just after the sun set...an around midnight

My whole stay was great... The staff was welcoming the whole time I was there... The front desk lady Rose went above and beyond to make sure that I had clean towels when I came back from work.... These guys care about there customers.. I will stay at the Days Inn in Roseburg Oregon again... See you all soon...

The room was big and clean. The AC worked well. Good free breakfast- They had waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, apples, oatmeal and yogurt as breakfast options. The pool was a nice temperature. In the same parking lot as dollar tree- easy to get road trip snacks. I thought it was a great value for a 2 star motel!

Christian, the young man on staff, was extremely helpful resolving a problem with the room we were assigned. The air conditioner was not working. Supposedly all the rooms were sold out. Eventually he found another room that had issues with the warm water, but just got fixed. The air conditioner was working in that room, but it wasn’t cleaned. Christian took it upon himself to clean the sink, toilet, shower and after prompting from us, also vacuumed. We took the bedding from our initially given room, we were not sure that the sheets were clean. He gets a 5 star rating from us.

Noisy location, air conditioner not working. They didn’t serve the advertised breakfast, due to Covid. No food was offered, not even to go. Other hotels were serving breakfast and if they didn’t, they offered one to go.
