The spa and swimming pool was such a blessing after many hours of driving! We slept like babies and thoroughly appreciated the hearty breakfast in the am. Everyone on the staff was genuinely kind, helpful, courteous, and lovely to talk to. We'll be planning our next trip north around staying here again l! 😁

The knob on the shower was a little difficult to work, esp. For seniors, but otherwise everything was tip top.

Everything except the fact that your staff charged me twice

I booked on booking.com and prepaid with my credit card. When I got there your staff told me that I had not paid and they have to charge me. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card and 1 is in dispute. A big hassle for me. Your company will hear from Wells Fargo fraud department, as I just got off the phone with them

The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good. Very disappointed there was only a shower and the front desk attendant at check in was a little annoying and kept asking if we had pets. He also did not give very many details such as when using the pool come to front desk for towels. It also smelled of smoke in the elevators and at the front desk. The check out lady was very pleasant and thanked us for our visit. Parking was good also.

The staff accommodated my late arrival. The minute I walked into the room I knew it was different than a lot of hotels I’ve been in. It was beautiful, modern, very clean! The shower was wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. When I checked out the next morning after breakfast and went to Winston to spend the rest of the day with my new baby granddaughter I enjoyed a wonderful time and decided to head back to Portland at 4 PM it was then that I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room on the lamp stand. I immediately called the hotel and they took the matter just as seriously as I did. They immediately had someone run up and check and search the room. They had not rented the room out yet and was able to find my ring immediately. I was so grateful.

I was so grateful. The only thing I didn’t care for is that I was next to a room where I could hear talking. They were not super loud but it was loud enough to wake me up a couple of times and keep me awake. Next time I will request a room that is not adjacent to another room where there’s just one wall between the two beds.

We did not dine at the Motel. We had our meals elsewhere. The front desk clerk was an excellent addition to our experience. Very curtious, friendly, and helpful. We appreciated the Fire Exit signs being close to the floor.

There were no FIRE Seals on our room door. Around the door we could see light and there was a missing seal that would have prevented any smoke from entering our room in the event of a fire in the hallway. A nice precaution. It would have been an excellent addition IF there would have been an elevator at each end of the building. Just in case the main elevator was out of service.

The breakfast was wonderful especially because the staff had to keep up with the appetites of a girls soccer team of about 25 players. Check in was efficient. The on-duty agent had to deal with the contentious and odd behavior of a woman who challenged him about several issues, he took it all in stride and was able to move on.

The coffee maker, but it is pretty much the same in every motel we stay so we bring our own kettle, press pot and drip system with us.

Great location, very friendly staff, and in close proximity of restaurants and bars.

The toilet wasn’t in great working condition and you have to jiggle the handle in order for it to not run all night.

Super easy booking. Friendly greeting by staff along with continued helpfulness during stay. Nice room, clean breakfast area and hallways. Outside of building and parking lot with enough lighting to make me feel safe in the very early hours of the morning.

The dog area was pretty wet for an area with almost no rain over the past week.

The room, hot tub, free breakfast and location. We were able to get our tractor trailer in the parking lot between Sleep inn and Apple Bee's but only with the help of the restaurant manager.

No bathtub in my room. Only stand up shower.
