The location was fine and the room was ample sized and clean. There was a small refrigerator and mircrowave. It would have been better if the frig had the small freezer space but not a deal breaker. the breakfast in the morning was fine. and was ample for our needs. staff was pleasant, and respectful of our needs. the night clerk when we checked in (natalie i think) as helpful and wanted to make sure we had all we needed as i had requested handicap accessible.

the only thing that was difficult was the door to the outside of our room. It could not be propped open to bring in items. I had to move the small end table to keep it open. it could be considered dangerous and cause harm because if you let the door go, it slams shut and could cause injuries.

Breakfast was very good it had meat, pancakes, eggs, yogurt, juice pretty much whatever you would like. In addition, the cleanliness was rated at a seven on reviews. I have to disagree on this it was an 8. My bathroom was very clean and so were my sheets. These were what was low on some of previous reviews. I did not see any of this.

The bed was stiff, but here is the thing. If you have a bad back like I do that is exactly what I need. If a bed is not extra firm I wake up with a horrible back ache. Therefore, for me it was a good thing.

I was just looking for a value room for a family trip from Portland to Roseburg for Wild Safari, but they exceeded my expectations. Check-in staff was excellent, offering before being asked extra towels and blankets for our son (using sofa bed). The breakfast with waffles was an added bonus, better than just some muffins like I expected. All the staff that I saw and interacted with were just superb. Next time we make a trip to Wild Safari I know where to stay.

The rooms are a little dated, but I wasn’t expecting the brand new hotel up the street that costs twice as much. Friendliness of the staff were what made this an outstanding stay, and helped me look past the bad.

The front desk guy was genuinely very kind and welcoming. The breakfast went above and beyond as well! Hot sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles! And more (I just couldn't eat any more!). The rooms were clean and great. Loved that they had a pet friendly room available!

I'm not crazy about the flooring in our room (101), I prefer carpet. But honestly I think that a hard flooring makes a lot of sense in the pet friendly room haha.

Good variety and option if we needed to get going in the morning. Convenient and great price (free). The location was great, close to everything you need.

House keeping to get us towels and dump our trash at least every other day. We needed to ask for these things to be done. Some how they checked us out of our room the day before we were scheduled to leave.

Hot Breakfast was good- Sausage patties, potatoes, scrambled eggs. Offered fruit, different types of bread and pastries, cereal,waffles, etc. etc. Location right off I-5 made it easy to leave in the morning. Service station across the street to gas up before you leave. Room was clean and comfy.

I cannot complain about anything. Staff was friendly, helpful.

Crack head driving his bike through the parking lot all night looking in people's windows. My room being filled with the smell of weed just after we checked in.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. Britanne, who was working at the front desk both when I arrived and departed, was especially helpful, and accommodating. She was genuinely interested in my comfort. I was exhausted after a long drive, so I appreciated her professionalism and concern.

First off, the staff was awesome. I don't know if the owners or managers, but they were amazing. Offered my fiance a water because it was hot. And didn't even want money for it. The other staff was super awesome. The pool was clean, the hotel was clean and I NEVER can say that about any hotel I have stayed at.

Other than I wasn't planning to fork that much over for a hotel, it was by the cleanest, friendliest, and hospitable hotel I have ever stayed at. My entire family was very very impressed!

Love the location, the cleanliness of the room, great breakfast choices and friendliness of staff
