Hampton Inn & Suites Roseburg

Breakfast and employee (male) fantastic...both mornings.....love the room and info on walls. Especially loved that it stated: you can use a tray and take breakfast to your room! Great landscaping, love the bed coverings! Front desk gals could give little more info, especially for first timers. Had to ask, where is the elevator. They did share info about pool and hot tub. Great open entry, nicely staged, Reception employees well presented. Breakfast room, nicest I have ever enjoyed.

One more chair in room. Info at front desk: explain that there is coffee always available, just around the corner. That is so nice especially since no coffee in rooms.

Breakfast was typical fare of todays hotels that serve such. on a scale of 1-10, I'd give all of those type of hotels a 7. It was adequate but nothing to write home about. I won't let that discourage me from staying there again, or eating breakfast there again. Fare was pre-made egg frittata, with sausage & potatoes. They had a reasonable selection of other options also. The staff kept the dining area and serving counters strikingly clean and stocked up. They were also pleasant and courteous to chat with, excellent employees.

Breakfast was great, staff was very accommodating even though we had messy children in our party. Enjoyed swimming pool each day with the kids. complimentary water and cookies was a bonus. Felt safe during the entire stay.

wish we had automatically received fresh towels during our visit. Its kind of disapppointing to not get a room refresh each day especially since we stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is conveniently close to the freeway yet very quiet. The pool area has tables so we enjoyed our dinner outside. The pool/area was clean and warm. The gentleman that provided breakfast was helpful with some dietary needs and they even offer almond milk. We found everybody very friendly and willing to answer our questions.

Barn doors are nice for the bathroom in our room but we still would have liked a lock, (traveling with a toddler there is no privacy). LoL

Great choice at breakfast, lots to choose from and plenty of everything. The pool was fantastic, along with the hot tub. The temperature of the pool means you need to keep moving around to stay warm so I'd say a degree or two increase would make it easier to get kids to get in for a splash. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

As a Vegan, I did not eat their cause there is nothing I can eat, but the area was nice, and I did get coffee after I was done working out in the gym. Every one of their staff was very friendly. My room and all areas of the hostel were very clean and I will stay again when I need to go back.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was extremely clean. Bathroom was updated and modern. Air conditioning unit kept us cold which was great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Kathy the breakfast cook was the most friendliest staff, and would definitely stay there again just to see her!

I don't like the small pillows. If you only sleep on one it's too flat, if you use two they are too high. Easy fix though, bring own pillow.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Facilities were clean, modern, and stylish.

Breakfast was pretty bad; the only fresh fruit were unpeeled oranges and bananas. There were reconstituted eggs and link sausage. Other than that it was mostly sugary cereals, waffles, yogurt with sugar and other diabetes-inducing foods.

The employees were friendly and made us feel welcomed! When we entered our room it was clean and the beds were slightly firm but comfortable. After a peaceful nights sleep we were able to partake in their delicious continental breakfast. The potatoes were well seasoned and there was a variety of other options to choose from. 10/10 - Would stay here again!

We have no complaints!

This really was the best stay we've ever had at a hotel. Everything was neat and clean, the staff was helpful, and the lounge was perfect for the included breakfast, and a place to hang out when you needed at place to set down.

I really wish they didn't have my local favorite ice cream pints available in the lobby, it made my trip extra awful to have to enjoy a pint of ice cream while relaxing. Umpqua dairy FTW!
