Motel 6-Roseburg, OR

Clean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

Having access to the end doors so we could load and unload our things easier.

This was a very clean and well kept Motel 6. Nothing fancy, as was expected, but the room was extremely spacious a clean. From the moment I stepped into the lobby it was evident it was an older but well cared for. The staff was VERY pleasant and helpful and Brandon made a point of very quietly directing me to our room after writing the number down abs pointing at it without saying it out loud. I was EXTREMELY impressed with his conscientious behavior as I was traveling alone with my 8 year old granddaughter. The lobby smell fresh and clean as did our room, the halls, the elevator really the entire facility. It smelled clean but not of some perfumes or fragrances nor of chemicals. It just smelled clean like my own home does when I’ve finished my weekly cleaning. There was hot, fresh coffee in the morning that was strong and tasty. Just what I needed to start another long day of driving. This was by far one of the best kept places I have stayed recently and I am accustomed to 4+ star accommodations. Unfortunately during Covid many of the best hotels have let a lot go but not this Motel 6! If the corporation ever contributes to updates in design or beautification this place deserves to be at the top of the list!! But even without I will still say this is a wonderful place to stay and will stay again on my next trip through Roseburg 😊

Hotels pillows are always a tough call.

I stay at Motel 6 because of their Pet policy, which is hands down the best. This Location is an older "Inside doors" type, which is great if its raining, but makes it a little challenging to get the dogs out to the car. Not knowing if you'll meet other dogs in the hallway etc. Also, people do not pick up after their pets, so the motel should consider doing that to provide a more sanitary pet area.

Pretty clean and comfortable room. No, any smoke smells, which is lovely! The temperature was suitable. I'll stay here again. For this price, it's an excellent choice.

Too much earlier check-out time. Noon is standard for us. They asked to check out at 10:30. Also no breakfast; it's pretty weird.

The fact that we could have our pet.

After I get there the room I reserved 2 weeks in advance was given to someone else and in order to fit my needs I was charged an extra five dollars per night. This upsets me very much. I needed handicap room that I reserved.

Front desk check in was very nice..welcoming..and patient with our questions..very clean. I also liked the location by the freeway.

Wish there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom..a comforter or extra blanket available in the drawer...refrigerator in the room..thi there was a refrigerator in the common area we can use.

After I requested a last minute earlier check in, the employees went out of their way to make it happen. The staff were super friendly, got wished a happy birthday! Made my overall stay just amazing, I definitely will be back. Thank you motel 6!!

Quiet room except when A/C turned on, very loud start up. Room 321

I called ahead to hold my favorite room 219 and it was available. When I arrived it was given to another person. Was not happy with your employee communication.

I like the motel because it is very simple especially for the price, they are the cheapest and it seems safe there.

It needs a little fixing up. The fan in the bathroom was so loud i did not want to turn it on and the room was so warm i could not get the air conditioner to turn on . Otherwise not a bad place for the price. When I came into the room the bed looked like someone had just left. There was a perfect butt print on the bed like someone had been sitting on it and had just left.

It's close to the highway, so it made a great stop on our road trip for a decent price. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. It wasn't the most comfortable bed, but it wasn't bad either.
