Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia/Bensalem

I was immediately greeted by a woman named Baby at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to meet! She is friendly and helpful. I arrived a little bit earlier than my check in time HOWEVER she had a room immediately available and there was no delay in getting checked in. I arrived at my room and there was a beautiful TV that said welcome DAWN. I loved that! The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. I got an amazing restful sleep .

The pool was amazing however it was freezing cold. I understand it is Summer however if it had been a bit heated it would have been perfect

The assistance given by the attendant “aka Baby” is her name was exceptional. There was an issue with my reservations on the payment where my booking was canceled and this attendant went over and beyond to ensure we got accommodations despite the facility being sold out. Bookings did not hold their side of the contract, my card was canceled and I received and email to be in contact before 3 pm. I tried calling but was placed on hold for a longtime. However I did go the the facility earlier as noted in the email but my reservations were canceled prior to the 3 pm deadline given.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Asked twice if they could add an extra mattress pad or other bedding to improve bed. Answer was no. That’s it. No attempt to improve the situation

It was an amazing stay everything exceeded my expectation. I was so relieved that i had no worries with all that my family was dealing with. Even when the hotel was crowded, it was still comfortable because staff and residents were following covid rules. I saw hand sanitizer in different places of the hotel for one to feel clean at all times. Everyday the maids were friendly with any request i had. And above and beyond to make me feel good about my stay. Thank you soooo much for that. The pool was great my children were so happy. The janitorial staff was amazing as well one of the guys saw me struggling with my suitcases and helping my grandmother walk he jumped right in and helped with bags and my grandmother to get her to the car. The breakfast Complimentary i might add for every day that you stay was a bonus of marvelousness. My children’s favorite part of the day. They could have a waffle with all kind of toppings that they made themselves and so much options to choose from Hampton Inn your VIP treatment for everyone means you take pride in hospitality and putting people first. Customer Service was above what anyone could’ve ever asked for.

Breakfast variety was good.

Only thing was that blinds would not pull shut to keep out light. There were see through blinds that covered the window but the darkening blinds were only for show. Did not pull across window to darken room and provide complete privacy.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet had good selection of items including scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. The front desk agent “Baby” was outstanding and went out of her way to assist everyone even though being the only one on duty when we checked in.

There was nothing not to like!!

I loved how clean the room was, it literally smelled like bleach :) the breakfast provided was amazing. I didn’t expect such a variety of things, it was great. The staff were friendly under the circumstances.

The location was a little under staffed idk if it was because of Valentine’s Day weekend, but there definitely could have been more people working during the night shift, like 6pm-until. Also, the mattresses could be updated, they were a little lumpy and the pool area should be heated more, it was freezinggggg

Close to major highway, check in/ out was a breeze. Room was clean and smelled clean. Complimentary breakfast is a plus.

The water in the shower took a very long time to go down. Was not pleasant to stand in dirty water while showering.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The shower , the bed, the pillows, absolutely everything.. I was very happy with my stay.

The pool temperature was freezing so we weren’t able to get in.

Clean and customer service was A1. Cheyenne and Keirra was really welcoming and helpful towards my reservation. -

The pool was a little cloudy, but that does happened from time to time with the chlorine levels, however if I complaint about it I know first hand they would of handled it. I didn’t swim that day so it was not my concern
