Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast

The staff was very kind and pleasant. I loved that staff came to the outside pool to get us drinks - that was an added bonus I was not expecting. The outside pool was absolutely amazing and refreshing.

1. There was red stain on the carpet by the one bed and what looked like blood in the lamp shade. 2. There was a gross brown stain in the bathtub 3. In order to change the input on the TV, I had to dial the phone number to the hotel (as the front desk button did not work), and they sent maintenance up. This occurred 3 times over the weekend which was annoying for us and I am sure is a ridiculous task to have maintenance do. There should be an input button on the television or remotes in every room that has an input button. If you are worried about theft, you can add that into the contract of the hotel stay or connect it to the wall by a cord so that it is less likely to be removed from the room.

I like the convenience of the hotel and how there were many places to eat within distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I understand that it was a weekend and there were A LOT of people and other events happening BUT while riding the elevators there were lots of children unattended riding up and down the elevators banging and screaming like I’ve never heard of before in a hotel and I’ve stayed at MANY! The key cards also kept deactivating themselves and me and my family along with several other guests had to continually go downstairs to the front desk to keep getting them reprogrammed which was very inconvenient.

We rented 2 rooms. Location to Sesame Place was perfect for our family. Front desk staff were nice at check in and check out. The rooms were clean. The shower was hot. It was quiet. The size of the rooms were great and bathroom was roomy too.

The beds were a little small and weren't the most comfortable. One room didn't have bedside plugs to charge our phones but the other room did and we made it work.

breakfast was slim to none no choice of non pork products. No other doors to get in and out of with card access. we had to always walk to the front on the building to go in. Would of been nice if they had benches around the property to sit outside on the nice beautiful day.

Great hotel with great amenities! Wonderful location to many different roads and excess is very easy, even with the construction.

The property itself was Great! Sadly the Public staying there were such pigs. I watched people drop trash and never even made an effort to pick up. The pool was a little cloudy. The people using the pool, were again pigs who couldn’t pick up their hotel towels and left them on the floor or on chairs and walked out of the pool area never to return. The used towel basket was clearly in site! I was at the pool most of the day.

Hotel was clean and very close to the highway. Nice in quiet. Hotel has a big indoor swimming pool.

The hotel is Old. The sink was too low, and the pillows were tiny.

the building shakes every 10-15 mins for some reason , maybe a machine on the roof turning on caused my room to feel like a small earthquake every couple minutes but oh well. they should also put a person limit on the pool. i was enjoying my swim then 10 kids came in jumping around everywhere , ended the peacefulness for me.

Nicely located close to turnpike,with plenty of food options nearby,clean and updated facilities

Shower head was too low(my brother is 6'1" and the head is at about 5'6")would appreciate a cheaper breakfast option,but on the positive note,not many hotels offer a full buffet!!

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean. I got to relax by the pool but didn’t get to go in - too cold. Breakfast was included but I left too early to check it out. Decent amount of parking. I’d recommend.

Minor housekeeping issues. A couple of stains. Slight odor in hallway.
