The water was hot and had lots of pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful both day and night staff. The room was clean and quiet and the AC was easy to use I placed it on 70 auto and it worked the first time never had to adjust it.

The pillows were smaller and thin. The property did not have an ice machine. I got an iron from the front desk but none was in the room, no Ironing board. No pots or pans or dishes for the cooktop. No coffee in the rooms. There were only two towels and two face cloths I'm sure the front desk would have given me more if I asked but the room was said to accommodate 4 adults.

It was new so it was in great condition.

I booked a room with a sofabed and they had overbooked those rooms so we didn't end up getting it. After my stay, I tried calling the front desk multiple times and either no one answered (multiple times), or I was hung up on (several times)I was put on hold but no one got back to the call (once). I never did get to speak to someone that evening about the reason I was calling.

I say at this hotel at least 4 times a month with my grand kids, I live in Delaware they stay and philly, when I dont feel like driving back home I spend the weekend with my grandkids here and they love it. Its super clean and the staff is very nice, Chantel is always so professonal, Im always greeted with a smile and great conversation.

I dont like that there are no royalties programs, I stay alot so I would like to have a discount sometimes. I beleive you can sign up for a hotel card, maybe for discounts.

It was spotless, loved the care the staff took towards keeping the room clean and prepped. Didn’t see one bug, no mold, bed sheets were washed and kept up to par.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like was the shower head had a minor leak that shot a little water outside of the tub but once we turned it it was fine. Also some of the tv channels didn’t have a signal but that was most likely because it was a really bad storm in the area and I think they use dish as their tv provider. But even w/ those 2 things I wouldn’t even consider it no where near a deal breaker. Great hotel

There was nothing I didn't like it was a very enjoyable way to stay the staff of very helpful friendly

The staff were the best! However I see I was charged for a queen bed with sofa bed room rate. I was in the same room as the week before. It was a standard queen bed room. No sofa bed. It was a hundred dollars cheaper. How come this happened?

It was a great location with a wonderful staff. Very helpful people. Very pleasant staff. Friendly and out going. Made you feel at home.

Clean rooms friendly staff. Front desk girls fantastic, Joanna was a sweetheart. Welcomed us with a smile and greeted us with a friendly personality. Room was clean. Everything was perfect. The kitchen all clean. Beds clean and comfortable. It really was a great stay for my family and me.

If you can deal with a motorcycle or truck driving by once or twice. It was really quiet. Not the hotels fault anyway. I really don't even want to mention it but it's all I can think of. It really was a great stay

I liked the location, price, and staff.

I was charged extra for a queen w/sleeper for the last week but I still had basic queen bed room. Was like over a 100 dollars more on the bill. The halls and overall appearance is very messy. Trash in the hallway, liquid on the walls of the elevator. Parking area trash. Trash cans over flowing with trash.

The price could have been a little cheaper but all in all it was an excellent stay well worth the money

clean, comfort, convenience gas stations, food, off highway was right out front getting me to downtown in about 20 min. Check in & out was easy and simple.

no extras really, had a kitchen but no disposable plates, cups, napkins . had to go to front desk if needed towels or clean sheets. I think I only saw one person running the entire facilities ??
