Good breakfast, similar to most hotels. Two hot trays, and hot oatmeal, whole fruit, chopped fruit, yogurt, waffles and a great coffee bar with hot water for tea, We stayed at Country Inn & Suites (Salisbury) the previous month for a 2 night stay, and it was similar but with a larger assortment of yogurt. The room was clean and quiet. It has an easy to use wall thermostat that heats/cools almost instantly. There is no searching for the amenities, as the pool, exercise room and breakfast area are centered near the front desk.The TV has about 8 premium channels, plus popular cable and the major network channels.

The lighting above the sink was a small pot light so it was a bit dark for shaving and way dark for applying make-up. But, very clean.

An excellent hotel! We are lifetime members now. Vicki Kirkwood and GM Shawn Lehoux are absolutely top of their game. Both employees are extremely good assets to the hotel. We had an issue checking in and they resolved the issue perfectly. Thank you!!

When I woke up at 2:00am on the 23rd there was a enormous smell of Pot in my room. Me & my son do not smoke anything at all. I thought that there I’d no SMOKING of any kind in the Hotel?

After reserving, we got a few welcoming emails from the hotel. The room had a warm feeling, cozy with a nice desk and comfortable chair, fridge and microwave, and even a pretty view of farmland outside. Bed very comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing, like pre-covid days! — fresh fruit salad, whole fruit, coffee, tea, waffles, omelets, hard-boiled eggs, sausage, bagels, English muffins, toast, mini muffins, different juices, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc. There is a nice-looking pool. Overall one has the feeling that they value their guests and and are glad you are there.

Location was nice. Customer service was impeccable. The ease of checking in and out was amazing. The friendliness of the staff were top notch.

There was a smell at night I noticed. It was not bad enough for me to call to ask for me to switch rooms. I spoke with the person at check out about it. It was nothing they could control unfortunately.

The sheets on our king bed were too small. The fitted sheet popped right off and the flat sheet didn't reach all the way across! So I went down to the desk and they gave me king sheets which I found out were exactly the same size. We ended up using two flat sheets to make one whole one so we'd both be covered. We've stayed in dozens and dozens of Hampton Inns and this has never happened. Dunno!

i do not understand how a hotel chain as big as hampton inns,,had one very small sign to show entrance to the hotel,,,no lighting no signs of any significance,,,dont you people want business ???? your sign gets lost in all the other signage and lights from other businesses

Told I had to pay an additional $10 at checkin because I had booked thru Booking.com but it would be refunded at checkout. I have never been charged extra in the past. And the $10 was never refunded.

Great lots of selection and the staff was very nice.

Too many dogs staying here and our room had a funny smell like it was not deep cleaned after a someone with a dog stayed in it.

Because we so late getting in, your receptionist was extremely helpful and patient. The hallways were so quiet. In addition, I appreciated the extra information about events going on in Carlisle. He was so friendly.
