Price, pool, breakfast

The next day we wanted to stay again. The man tending the desk. Wouldn't negotiate I was willing to go to 80.00 I paid 62.50 the night we stayed. And he wouldn't go under 108.00 so we left.

The staff was friendly, and the supervisor was extremely helpful and friendly.

It could have been more clean and taken care of and the railing to the pool is loose It needs to be fixed so no one gets hurt.

I liked the staff, they were very nice, and helpful.

I liked everything.

It was not far from places we wanted to go to and it was fairly clean

How the other guests and staff looked at or reacted towards our dog. How they came in when we weren’t there if our dog was in the room by himself

The lady that all stuck up and mean won't say good morning she just. Grumpy all time and I don't like fact i called down the morning if my check out and ask stay till 12 bc had figure out where me and my pregnant woman was going in 97 degree heat the one house keeper keep beating on door rushing us when I had the okay to leave at 12 instead of 11 well 1145 till 12 the guy madly rude keep beating on my door rushing us

Breakfast was fair

T. V. was breaking up

That I had to wait 30 minutes before someone could come and check me in and on my reservation it had total price but was charged more

Toilet leaking all over floor. Roaches. Loud banging all night. Dirty

Absolutely nothing, the place should be condemned. No security for rooms, they all smelled. And the grounds were littered with debris and dog crap. One of our group had to switch to another room because the smell was so bad. We had no clock at all in the room and the laundry was out of order. This is a major thing we look for when booking holidays on motorcycles

Well I believe it was being used by permanent residents who sat in the courtyard and used fowl language and smoked and let their dogs poop all over. The rooms stunk like cigarette and marijuana smoke so bad that one in our group had to change rooms. Our room was not ready and when I checked the bed it had urine stains on the sheets and mattress cover and the cleaning staff that did not understand english tried to remake the bed with the same bedding. I had to insist that they got clean linens.. Two of our rooms had broken towel rods that were just left under the counter broken. Sleeping there was a nightmare, we had someone kicking our wall by our bed most of the night, and not lightly. I do believe it was a child though. The halls and stairs were covered in animal fur, I mean big clumps of it all over especially leading to one door. It was not cleaned. The 2 doors that gave access to our section of rooms were left wedged open and unsecure. Our room deadbolt lock did not work so the only way to feel secure was to place furniture in front of the door to sleep. The whold experience there on the second night of our holiday almost destroyed our whole trip. Thank heavens the next Super 8 we stayed at was above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend to the franchise that they remove this hotel from their line of hotels, it is only givng them a very very bad name

Location seemed unsafe. I worried about my car overnight.

Doors to rooms are not even hung properly, not level in the frames. Gaps at top and bottom allow all noise and light to enter the room and a/c to escape. Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet bowl, bowl was oval- seat attached was round. Room had clumps of hair on floor of bathroom and trash wrappers on floor next to bed. Hotel is very rundown and needed many repairs. Repairs that were done looked very amateur and unprofessional.
