The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

I understand covid screwed up everything! First of all, I reserved online 6 days before my stay. 45 minutes before my arrival, I received a call saying they had no smoking rooms clean. I was tired, so I said non- smoking was ok. I checked in and got to my room and was very surprised! Nothing except a bed, tv, dresser, and a bathroom! No fridge. No coffee maker. No microwave. No hair dryer. Rooms should be cheaper if they only contain a bed, tv, and a bathroom! I was a little upset to see I had to keep my drinks and snacks in my vehicle! I've stayed there many times as it's a halfway point on my destination, and I love the Mexican restaurant on the premises, but I may consider looking elsewhere close by for future trips.

Decent rooms. Comfortable bed.

Did not receive any room care during our 2 day stay. There was a hand written envelope on the nightstand upon our arrival. Thanking us for staying with them and signed by the room attendant (assumed). In the corner of the envelope was written "tip" and on the back said "please seal". Some black (possibly mold) around the tub caulking. Bags of trash sat outside the entrance door we were told to use during the whole time we stayed. Steps on stairs were taped with black electrical tape to secure the runs.

The location was great! We loved the hot tub! We loved that the hotel is pet friendly, our dog loved it

The snack machines were down That there was no tablet to write on, no breakfast, No extra blankets

It was just coffee which was fine a extra key card was given so my brother had one for himself

The only thing I was hoping for was using the pool unfortunately it was closed

This stay was a pure delight. The bed was comfortable. The shower/tub were fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out was quick and painless. The cable was the biggest disappointment, besides the restaurant.

The restaurant on site, Cozumel, was a HUGE disappointment!! For a Cozumel, the food was a monstrous disappointment. The food was bland. The service was barely tolerable. They screwed up fajitas for my son and vegetarian burritos for me.

The value or price of the room. Stayed here numerous times before.

When we came back after the day out, we came back to our room door being left open by the cleaning staff. Front desk was notified of the findings upon our return.

Quiet. Nice, clean room with plenty of pillows.

My only complaint and I mentioned to front desk, that while the main entrance was marked "no smoking within 25 ft of entrance", this was missing at entrance C to our room and much of the daylight time up to 5 laundry workers at a time surrounding our entrance for their smoke breaks. This was the entrance, not a designated smoking area.

The staff go above and beyond to help. The facility is close to all needs in that area.

People that stay overnight are rude and rowdy

Cheap/good price. Bed was comfortable.

We were sent to a dirty room that hadn't been prepared for us after driving for 14 hours and wanting to go to bed. The issue was fixed, but the front desk attendant was outwardly and obviously annoyed - whether at us or at cleaning staff I don't really care. We just wanted it to be fixed and go to sleep. The issue was resolved in timely manner which is good.

Rooms were pretty soundproof. Good amenities.

Some of the back doors leading outside had no deadbolts on them. Others were locked. Not sure a out the rest of the place for I didn't really explore too much of it.
