Convenient location, appropriate price. We wanted an early check in and they accommodated us. We were able to park right outside our door.

The room smelled a bit musty, could have been aired out better but we could open the window. The day we arrived we killed ten flies in our room. We had the door open while bringing in suitcases so maybe some got in then but through the evening more kept getting in somehow. The next morning there were two more.

The Staff were extremely friendly. The price was very good. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great!

There wasn't enough hot water to get a shower. It got Luke warm about half way through. The rooms are VERY dated but not a big deal if you're not looking for something fancy. Not DIRTY but not extremely clean either like my mirror had not been cleaned

Stopped for the night during a 14 hour drive and had a great night. Everyone was very friendly and it was easy and fast to check in. (And great, fast service when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room 🤣) I also always check rooms for signs of bedbugs, and I was happy to see they had bedbug proof covers and extra sheets to keep any pests at bay. Super nice - a lot of 5 star places won't do that.

Great stay. This is a budget motel, but clean, with every necessity. Good beds and shower. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Even the A/C worked well with no rattling. Extra chairs. Very surprising. Others charge less because of problems. Here there were no problems and the price was excellent. Nice restaurant outside the parking lot, too!

The room was perfect size , the bed comfortable, the price exceptional, but most importantly the staff was fantastic, and bonus the Farm Table Restaurant next door gives 10% discount for those that mention they are staying at the Budget Inn

lack of of technology center ie no USB plugs and limited number of outlets , the Wi-Fi was ok but I took my work laptop and not having a ethernet plug was not able to work from the room had to go elsewhere, may have just been the way it was setup not sure.

Great price and excellent location. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice.

The slide lock of the door was not secure and could have been easily broken if someone was to try to get in.

DID not go to breakfast. Extensive area to walk in the morning.

For the price, your service and facilities are the best!

Everything was great. No issues.

It was close proximity to stores, restaurants, gas stations, and the sites we wanted to see. And is less than 5 minutes from interstate 80.

It was a good room for the price. The owners were very pleasant. Nothing bad to say.

It was in good shape considering it's an older motel, I guess by today's standards you would call it "retro"

Breakfast was extremely minimal
