The Lobby area, the staff, the comfortable bed and bedding, the window drapery, the soap and shampoo dispenser and the continental breakfast

The eating area tables were not cleaned (no staff around to wipe down the tables, At 8:00am no staff around to replenish the breakfast, the cleaning of the room was not at its best. The bathroom (toilet had stains, mirror not wiped down, floor not swept (hair everywhere) was not cleaned; a dead bug in the closet; the sheets on the bed were not placed on the mattresses correctly (definitely a rush job); the window seal was dirty. Once I saw the dead bug I did not feel comfortable sitting in the chairs.

The staff at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The pull out sofa mattress was extremely worn out and you could feel the springs. A mattress topper should be available to help with this issue. The breakfast should be extended an additional hour on a Sunday morning due to Saturday evening activities.

The entire hotel seemed like new, the rooms were spacious, the beds and pillows very comfortable, each room has it own thermostat, and best of all it was quiet. Occasionally I could hear people when they passed down the hallway outside of my room door, but otherwise, there was no noise from neighbors or upstairs. I appreciated having a small fridge and microwave in the room. There was plenty of parking and its location is very convenient. We were pretty tired when we arrived in the late afternoon and it was nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to Olive Garden (not even 5 minutes walk!) for dinner. Next door there's an Outback Steakhouse, and everything is just a few minutes drive away. Meanwhile, behind the property there is a quiet, very green residential neighborhood that was great for power walking and a nice break from the strip mall, commercial feel of the rest of the neighborhood.

It would have been nice to have a coffee/tea service in the room, but they provided coffee/tea in the lobby 24/7. However, there was never any herbal/non-caffeinated tea, and a couple of times the "hot water" or coffee was tepid. Also, the "grab and go" breakfast was OK. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, like bananas, oranges or apples, instead of the packaged "fruit cocktail." But again, not a deal breaker.

Olive Garden is walking distance, just across the street. Breakfast offered hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh made pancakes. There was even honey for my tea which is tough to find at many hotel breakfast bars.

Breakfast was suitable for the hotel an guests. The attendant was very mindful of keeping the breakfast area well stocked. Room was very clean and had all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay

no major issues that negatively affected the stay at the hotel.

The location was perfect. The beds were comfy and really liked the walk-in shower our room had. Our room was quiet. Breakfast choice looked really nice but didn't partake because we had family nearby to visit. The front desk was helpful and pleasant.

The lobby was too cold but room was adjustable. We felt the pillows were too fat. Not much to criticize.

Pros: The facility was Clean, location near I-90, still quite and had a scenic view from 4th floor room. It has couple of nearby restaurants at walking distance such as Olive Garden. The room had fridge and a microwave. Although coffee maker was not in room, you could get warm brewed coffee kept besides reception area at the 1st floor.

Cons: Though not much of a deal, but it would have been nice to have a coffee maker and tea bags in the room. The Air con fan was noisy. Had to turn it off to go to sleep.

shower was slippery and safety grab bars were inadequate. I advised my wife not to use the shower. it had what appeared to be expensive glass shower doors but no texture on the base and only one grab bar in the wrong place.

In a word the BED!!! We checked in late and were absolutely exhausted from an extremely long and active day. I always worry about the beds in a hotel, but I have never had a better nights sleep at a hotel as I did with this hotel! I will book here again!

Clean, modern, fridge and microwave in the room, nice breakfast.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was a bit dark but this doesn't impact much since it is just a place to sleep and shower!
