The facility is clean and in a safe area . We stay every Aug and Oct for 1 night traveling through.. They staff is very friendly. . Price is very reasonable

We always get the king size bed . They only have 2 . The mattress is too firm for our liking. . But it's only for 1 night . They usually have complimentary donuts and pastries in the morning. They did not this visit . . But we will return in Oct .

Rooms were big & very clean, only issue I had was the beds were super firm . Had issues sleeping because they were so firm. Would I stay again - heck yeah, I can’t tell you the last time I stayed in a hotel with a great staff & so clean. The folks running the place were very accommodating. They gave me a different room when I expressed how hard my mattress was . Highly recommend

The firmness of the mattress

Everything was perfect. Close to the awesome restaurant for nice breakfast, place to park your car. Everything you need for one night during your travel.

We had a "pleasure" to have a room next to some very loud couple who were actually having sex for few hours. It was quite loud so we couldn't sleep but this is nothing to do with the hotel.

Rooms were clean. The water was hot, for showering. Mini fridge and microwave in all rooms. Quiet location

All rooms are non smoking and they only give you 2 sets of towels and wash cloths. You have to "rent" additional sets, if you need it, for $4. Never ever seen this done before in all of my previous hotel/motel stays. They give you a password for the wifi, but it doesn't work.

The motel is dated, but VERY clean room, that's the most important aspect for us. Great value and only about a 45 minute ride from PSU football game. Bed was comfy, quiet area, and good shower pressure. The mini fridge was a bonus. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely stay again if we are in the area.

it was nice that since a full breakfast wasn't offered only packaged muffin and dry cereal that some have health conditions that have to eat a full balance meal but restaurant was next door for breakfast (not on sunday)

there was a funk smell in the facility but i went and bought air freshners to cover the smell. I seen some packed away in corner so someone else must of felt same way. lol

The one Queen bed room was very spacious and had two comfortable chairs and a nice sized table. The office manager was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. We really appreciated the good coffee and snacks provided each morning.

The location was hard to find due to the name change from Rodeway to Royal Inn. We missed the convenience of an in room coffee maker for evening use.

This is not right on the Interstate, but worth driving a couple of miles to save $30, we thought. Clean, quiet, friendly.

The breakfast was the weakest element. Coffee was OK, a couple of kinds of cereals. The most positive thing I can say about the breakfast (with respect to my waistline) is that I was not remotely tempted by the baked goods.
