The staff was kind and courteous. Some were happier than others, but all were nice or very pleasant. The room was very clean, and breakfast was good (pre-made sandwiches, oatmeal, waffle station, fruit, etc). The lobby/eating area was a lot more comfortable than I expected. The bed, by all standards, was very comfy. The sheets were very soft, and both looked and felt clean. The kitchenette area was stocked and very clean. All appliances worked well, and the TV options were even good. There's always coffee out in the lobby. The only reason I didn't give 10 out of 10, is because of minor things. I stayed for 10 nights.

Housekeeping is strictly upon request. While i can appreciate this for privacy, it was confusing as there is a sticker in the bathroom saying that every 5th day of your stay, they do a lysol clean. That is by request only, too. There was an ibuprofen pill and child's toy under the ac unit from before we arrived (not a huge deal). One of the lights in the room didn't work until a few days in when it magically turned on by itself. The AC unit was a little annoying. It's a bit loud, and when it's balancing temperature, it gets a little humid. All minor things, but when asked to find something wrong, we can all find something wrong.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

A few things that held me back from rating my overall stay as "excellent": I requested complimentary room cleaning (trash emptied, bathroom refresh) but that did not happen. Also, I did not realize my room was in a part of the hotel with dog-friendly rooms, and the dogs across the hotel were periodically noisy. Next time I will request a room in a part of the hotel where there will be no dogs -- this should be a question guests are asked about when booking a room.

I didn't eat the breakfast.

The front desk clerk was new, I believe. He was friendly, though he seemed confused and didn't know answers to some of my questions. I think the front desk staff needs to be trained better, before helping customers. I wasn't happy with the fact that I have a 24 hour HOLD of $125. in addition to the full cost of my room. I had to call my bank and have them release the $125. as I had NO other money to use while I was away. I was VERY upset, about this $125. hold on my credit card that did NOT come off as soon as I had paid my bill at the front desk.

Breakfast was fine. The bread parts of the bagel/biscuit, egg, cheese sausage or ham combinations trended towards the tough, inedible side even when just served. The egg, cheese and meat were tasty, though. The premade omelets with either cheese or ham and peppers were good. And the waffles were delicious with an ample offering of toppings. In all I'd rate breakfast as an A- to B+ and I'm picky. Th staff was excellent! Friendly and accommodating above and beyond the expected.

Nothing really. I was a bit surprised that I didn't find an alarm clock in the suite. Not that I needed it. I guess most people use their phones nowadays, as I did.

Might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. everything about the hotel is great. the room was wide and spacious, the bathroom had everything we needed so did not need to call for extra. the staff (Gunner) was super sweet when checking in and we felt very welcomed by him. the breakfast is good. can’t get better than a normal breakfast. overall, I’d definitely comeback and recommend to others.

convenient to the baseball fields our team was playing at. reasonably priced for the weekend we needed. Front Desk person, Gunner, was absolutely amazing!

left over food from previous person was in the fridge. No where on my reservation was it explained about the 125.00 incidental fee, this made it very inconvenient for us. we had to borrow the money as we were not expecting the charge.

The room was so comfortable! Large and well equipped. Loved the staff and the amazing breakfasts. I bought a watermellon and they cut it up into cubes for our breakfast! The outdoor fire pit and sofas were a nice touch, and having a washer and dryer on site were a big plus.

Nothing to complain about at all!

Location, room size, amenities

First night was great, but there were a lot of kids the second night running around. They were running through the main area, bagging on the keyboard in the business area, and in the fitness center. This behavior was not addressed by staff, or the parents.

Breakfast was fine. Lots of choices. So close to Wegmans. Good location for the sightseeing we wanted to do.

I would prefer unsweetened plain yoghurt, not just fruity with artificial sweeteners. Pillows could stand to be replaced - two were really clumpy. Despite language on the website about requiring masking in public areas, almost no one masked.

I volunteered at the BMW tournament so your location was perfect. Your staff was great polite and helpful. The morning breakfast was prefect. Being into golf I watch the golf channel alot, but your hotel didn't have the channel something to think about. Thanks again
