Days Inn by Wyndham Indiana Benjamin Franklin Highway

The room was very nice and clean. Was glad to have a refrigerator. Felt like the price was very reasonable.

Checking in was a little odd. Newer staff member was on duty and wasn't well trained on the computer. She actually took a personal phone call while we were waiting to check in. Our check in time was 3pm. We were told we couldn't check in at 2:54 had to wait until 3pm on the dot. Ended up driving over to Walmart to use the restroom (as there wasn't one in the lobby) then came back to check in.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. From the outside it looked like it needed redone due to being very dated but once inside we were pleased with how well kept everything seemed to be and that it was very clean.

The shampoo, conditioner & body wash bottles are never really big enough in hotel rooms to begin with in my opinion. Ours were partially used in both rooms making it even worse.

The price was good. The location was good. Parking was good. Room was very nice and clean. They changed our room, and helped us with the blinds to get them to close. Also were very polite when the cards did not work two different times.

No lobby bathrooms. Had to wait about 45 minutes to check in because the internet was down. The gentleman behind the desk was polite, but was told what to do by someone on the phone the entire time. One gentleman who was in line ahead of us finally left to go to another hotel because he was waiting much longer that we were. There was no breakfast on Saturday morning at all, and Sunday morning there was coffee, store bought danish pasteries, cereal, bananas, and juice. Not what the advertisement said. I understand that with COVID, that things would be different, but no breakfast one morning and cereal or danish is not a breakfast. Not even toast. was very disappointed.

The price was great. Bed was very comfortable and it was pretty quiet.

The breakfast was a little lacking - could use some hot items. The carpet needs to be changed - it was really worn in our room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed is set high which wasn't a problem for me but I see where it would have been if my girl friend was with me because of her limited mobility

Breakfast was raisin bran or fruit loops, blueberry muffins and yogurt. Orange juice and milk was in a picture in the cooler. No coffee

The staff was great absolutely friendliest people that I've met in a while it's a reason why people like that are going to go far in life and I'm morally strong I run my own business and if the owner doesn't start appreciating people more I'm just going to take them and you can hire some bums and then I'll pay them better it's hard to find employees like that so maybe he'll get off the fraud game and start doing people right

The fact that the owner of the place collects more money on top of booking.com said rate with taxes ...don't know if he knows this but it's illegal to go against a total price advertised and collecting double tax on top of the guest it's a federal offence ...so hope he appreciates his staff bc there the reason he isn't getting sued for a slam dunk case of fraud...the staff was more than accommodating very friendly absolutely great human beings

The woman at the front desk in the afternoon was awesome. Best check in experience ever. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was a huge help. We would stay there again just because of her.

quiet, good location

asked for a receipt upon leaving and was told I couldn’t get one, I needed to call booking.com to get a receipt.

price was great. shower and bed very nice.

room smelled of cigarette smoke!! also only could get about 6 stations on TV
