Ramada by Wyndham Indiana

THE STAFF!!!! every single Ramada employee was exceptional! Every single one them. ---not hyperbole! I was so impressed and so fell in love with Ramada due to the fantastic service and care we received! Ramada staff-Jill, Jessica, Holly, Steve, Kim, Becca, Andrew.....i forgot the many others that served us..i should have written down--my mind!! argh! lol housekeeping, maintenance, Fusion restaurant The Pool as warm and clean...gorgeous facility.. big atrium, forgot was winter in western PA....rooms clean and bright., gym was clean and available 24/7...Fusion, had a live band and it was incredible ...while the food was scrumptious....breakfast buffet was delicious ..did I mention the staff was was excellent, happy and helpful?!!! wow! I joined the rewards club, as I know I will be definitely coming back !! Cheers!

Everything was wonderful; especially the employees!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies gave us some ideas to do with our family. Unprovoked too. they noticed we had kids, and let us know of some kid friendly places we could go. The pool was clean and surprisingly BIG, the restaurant/bar was awesome. They had live music, and drink specials. But very reasonable prices in general. FYI BEST mozzarella sticks I have had in a very long time, house keeping was great. There are a lot of nice little sitting areas all around the property, lots of tables and chairs in an open indoor courtyard type thing, plants everywhere. The pool is HEATED. Really impressed with this place. I would for sure stay here again.

I don’t really have any complaints, but if you need one…The asphalt in the parking lot could use a facelift.

The rooms were a good size. The pool area was huge and my kids loved it! The restaurant they have their had really good food. The staff was very kind and helpful!

Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10p-9a, however, on Saturday nights they have a live band that plays until 11p. If you have a room near the pool like we did it is really loud and you won’t get much sleep if any until after the band is done playing.

Location is close to IUP campus; Hotel is older and could use some updating. Water pressure was hit or miss for the shower. Bed was extremely comfortable.Love the convenience of the bar/restaurant and live entertainment on site. Would definitely stay again.

Water pressure and Luke warm water in the shower, heater shut off over night and did not work in the morning(guessing a blown fuse somewhere?)

Just passing through for the night. Was a little more than I wanted to pay at $100, but all the surrounding places were about the same price. Did not expect an indoor pool with full bar and live music. All the rooms face in towards the pool and the enclosed area is like a hot house. They had an open area with tables people used to read and work on their computers. I don't remember how good the internet was. The booking website said continental breakfast is included but as soon as you walk in, the sign says breakfast is $10. The staff charged my 10yo niece $5. They had an arcade in the pool area, but the games were either broke or 4 quarters to play. They have a small convenience store. I saw them give a toothbrush and paste from the counter for free. Some of the staff were surly, but not mean, and when my car wouldn't start, they happily sent someone to give me a jump.

We will absolutely be back. The staff is super awesome and very helpful and freindly,I feel like I made new friends. Every person including all of the staff, front desk, kitchen ,maintenance. ,housekeeping. Everyone was so wonderful and sweet. It made for a wonderful stay and we will be recommending this place to our friends and family

The lock or key kept malfunctioning and the pool closes to early

The property was nice and family friendly. The pool was nice. The shower in our room was amazing, it was the best shower I had at a hotel. My whole family was able to shower with hot hot water and the water pressure was fantastic. Also when we called down to the front desk to ask for more towels they were delivered within minutes from hanging up the phone and the were nice and warm.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the restaurant, I called to see when the restaurant was closing and was told midnight. When we arrived to the restaurant only the bar was open with a bar menu. Luckily they had a kid selection which was bigger then the adult selection. And it was cash only.

Staff was VERY friendly. A lot of difficult, argumentative traveling people present and staff maintained their composure and was friendly, kind, and helpful.

Was supposed to have two beds, only had 1. The staff was very friendly and quickly had a roll cot brought to my room.

Room and facility were older but nice. The courtyard where the pool is located is beautiful and spacious. We were in a room toward the outside, so did not have any noise problems at all. Shower was a full size walk-in and very nice.

The breakfast. It was definitely not worth the $7.95 they were charging. We went up to Perkin's and Eat 'n Park and got a much better meal for about the same price.

The pool area was very nice.

There was no outlets near the bed. Only one in the “bathroom” by the sink and another on a lamp that didn’t work. Also our room was right at the pool and the lights out there were so bright all night and the darker curtain only closes so far so had bright light shining in all night.
