I've stayed here many times - always a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large with comfortable beds and a very nice work area as well as couches. There is a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The shower is walk-in with grab bars, really good for older folks. The best thing about this SpringHill Suites is the staff - they are all very friendly and helpful. The bartender, is especially nice, and she makes a great nightcap!

I really can't think of anything negative to say. Perhaps there should be more lighting at the entrance to the hotel from the road, at night it was difficult to see just where the driveway was.

Breakfast could use some improvements. More hot options are definitely needed. And I love the Netflix option at this facility. Especially the fact that it automatically logs you out when you turn the TV off.

The pool water is too cold! I would recommend a pool heater and better ventilation. The chlorine smell burned out eyes and nose.

Everything was very clean. All of the employees were very nice and always helpful.

The bed was rather uncomfortable (hard). The a/c was sort of complicated to control. The breakfast time should have run longer (it was over at 9:30am) and the food could have been a bit better. The outside trash receptacles should have been emptied daily (we stayed 3 nights and I don't believe that they were dumped until the last morning we were there).

Hotel for the most part was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good

Room was a little dusty. Nothing major. There was cereal on the floor down a side hallway for the 3 days we were there.(Friday night till Sunday morning) Saturday mornings breakfast was good but the employee took the eggs and sausage away at 9:20 and did not replace it. There were people waiting in line. Also there was no coffee left at 9:20. We waited for 15 minutes while the rest of the family finished breakfast and it still wasn't refilled

24/7 shuttle was fabulous, separate toilet and shower rooms both having a sink and doors. Small bar and restaurant inside hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant.

The water pressure was good but the water did not get hot. Water temp was only slightly above luke warm. Breakfast buffet could have been stocked a little more efficiently and the orange juice dispenser was broken.

Family friendly

Room 307 has a broken handle on the bathroom door that appears to have been broken for quite some time. Was very difficult to open and close door to lavatory. The air conditioning was too cold and when adjusted to warmer temperatures it would revert back to cold air.

The continental breakfast wasn’t great. No toaster. No muffins or sweet rolls either. The juice machine did not work so they had juice in jugs filled with ice. Needless to say the juice was watered down. No kid friendly cereal at all. It was probably one of the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

The hotel suited our families needs, the location and facilities are great. The property inside and out is very well maintained.

Housekeeping should be more attentive to the bathroom as it was left dirty by the previous occupant/s

I came with my son to watch Steeler training camp for the first time and the location was perfect, right beside the field, food and any shopping we needed!! Property was clean modern and quiet :) staff was amazing and friendly!!

Close proximity to everything in Latrobe, very nice friendly staff. Nice seized rooms. Nice continental breakfast.

Could of used a little more attention to cleaning areas of coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, and desk area, otherwise pretty clean.
