Homewood Suites Lansdale

I appreciated how quiet the rooms are. The remodel seems very well done. Appreciated the breakfast options. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the area visiting family before and this was definitely the best option for the price :)

Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner when we first entered the room.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable.

The breakfast choices were not as diverse as they were during my last visit. The hotel is currently being renovated, the breakfast room is a bit cramped, and there was no lobby at the time of this visit. The location is a bit isolated if you are traveling without a car.

Ease, friendliness, quiet, and when Covid is over, and they have all of their facilities, it will even be better.

There was a screw-up with our check-in. I don’t know whether it was Hilton or Bookings that caused the trouble, but since we had all of the confirmation paper work, the staff, after a time, checked us in. This is our second time at Homewood Suites during Covid. We hope the next time they will offer all of their ammenities.

Clean, comfortable, excellent staff, well located for Doylestown, King of Prussia etc. Parking easy. Train to Philadelphis is a 5 minute walk. We continue to stay at this location because the positives far outweigh the negatives.

A bit tired...could use upgrading. Internet annoying...having to reconnect daily is a nuisance. Lack of consistency with regards to breakfast is inexplicable.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helped me if I needed anything. The room was beautiful and was nicely decorated & organized. I would definitely stay again.

There is nothing that I would change about my stay.

Well constructed building and very quiet except for the commuter train whistle. Good parking. Good WiFi.

The printer in the business center did not work during our entire stay even though we made the manager aware of the problem. . The breakfast was very Inconsistent about being ready at the advertised time. No radio stations available on the TV.

Front desk personnel were exceptional? Friendly, professional.

My main complaint was the loud on and off function of the heat. Totally disruptive to sleep. Plus, never could get it warm enough. Air vents (returns?) In the bedroom were thickly coated with dust. Spare blanket stored in bedroom closet had unpleasant odor!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The rooms were sparkling, the lobby was fresh and clean, the sitting area outside was comfortable and welcoming. The basketball court and pool were so convenient for staying with a baseball team! The breakfast was delicious and the to-go containers were genius when some parties wanted to sleep in.

I can’t think of anything negative.

Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and convenient to the many places and people we were here to visit. Everett at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the usual, good but nothing special. The room was comfortable but the pull out sofa was worn out and very uncomfortable. The staff was exceptional, Very friendly and accommodating. Over all it was a good stay.

Pull out sofa needed to be replaced.
