Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

I loved how the rooms were spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Room service was super prompt after I phoned the front lobby! The free breakfast was very good with plenty of healthy options! I felt very happy about the pool with pool towels stocked nearby; you don't need to go to the front desk for them! I feel they clean it daily as I saw an associate clean it an hour before it was opened! Overall, I feel that the people that work there are so nice and friendly, and the people who stay there are super nice and friendly, meaning they are happy too with their stay! I definitely would recommend this hotel and will be back again, top notch! I rested very happy and content, especially with bringing my children including crawling/walking infant! Omg, and one more thing! When we checked out, the older man at the front desk was sooooooo friendly. He made my day with his chipper personality!!!

We stayed for 3 nights, and had a spacious two bedroom suite. The kitchen was well equipped with counter space for eating. The living area was also quite nice with L shaped sofa and extra seating. It was quiet and AC worked great during a hot, humid stay. The folks at the front desk were welcoming. The rooms were clean when we arrived, but no maid service during our stay. Free breakfast was very good with variety compared to others. Pool area and outdoors very nice, as well as common areas.

The bar was opened on Saturday night, but we were disappointed that it was closed during the rest of stay. Disappointed that there was no maid service during our stay, and were too busy to call for service. The kitchen area was nice, but slightly dated.

It was clean, and the front desk attendant. I believe his name is Saul. He was extremely polite, helped me out and calmed me down. Him and the manager are very understanding. Every time I go to Philly, this WILL be our hotel. And I’ll DEFINITELY tell friends.

There needs to be more hotel and staff like the ones here. My son was safe! THERE WAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!!

The room was great. It was very big; it even had a kitchen area. The staff was all pleasant. Breakfast had eggs, sausage links, and french toast. They also had bread for normal toast and cereal. We discount go in the pool because we didn’t have time but it looked really nice, it was an outdoor one.

Driving into it, the town did not look that great. It looked like maybe a lot of homeless or abandoned. The area where the hotel is seemed fine but the city five minutes out from it, not so much. We wanted to be close to Philadelphia and I think we were like 30 minutes out at this hotel so it worked for us. The washers were also broken at this hotel. They only had one left that worked so we had to wait for other people to finish.

Double king suite was very large, 2 bathrooms, comfortable and quiet. The pool was available and heated. Hotel was in a nice quiet area but extremely convenient to the highway. You can text the front desk for extra towels or anything else you need and they will deliver promptly. Breakfast was hot, had many options and not crowded.

I really only have two negatives. The first would be cleanliness in our room. The pull out couch mattress was very dirty so I would not let my kids sleep on it which was the original intention. Couch cushions were stained on both sides. There were also stains and spots all over one of the comforters. I'm pretty sure it was blood. Yuck! The other problem was the water pressure. There was no way to adjust the shower head pressure. If you need to wash your hair as a women, prepare yourself for it to take a solid hour.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast buffet was GREAT! If there were any noise makers we wouldn't know because it was always quiet... Our dogs had plenty of space to roam inside and outside, the rooms are huge and the outside is almost a park so they enjoyed their morning walks! Even better was the laundry room all the machines were clean and the dryers actually dry your clothes unlike some other hotel chains that need a sign saying, "Don't Bother"! Overall, we will high recommend and will be returning! Also, Ivy was the best she went above and beyond to help at our check-in. She handled us and other guest at the same time like WonderWoman!! I wish all hotels had such a great front desk and peaceful environment. See you soon Hyatt!!!

Ok, I'll admit there was something I didn't like... We had to LEAVE😂😂😂 I can honestly say there wasn't anything I could complain about.

Breakfast was great. I loved the set up of my room. The room made me feel as if I was at home.

I did not like how it was extremely hard to get clean towels and dish washer detergent. I stayed for a total of 3 days. I went to book for another night and I guess due to the weekend there was no availability. I did not like how I was only given a half hour to get my belongings out of the hotel. I was late to work and everything.

The room I choose was a handicap room and so had a small fridge. The Manager had the room changed at no cost. The manger was always looking out for us and making sure we were comfortable. I will stay here again.

Full sized fridge, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, tableware, stove top, and a convection microwave. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Location is convenient to a shopping center with a supermarket for easy grocery shopping to cook nice meals in your room. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

The room was superb, spacious and comfortable, the bed even though is a king it was a little hard for me, I have stayed at other hotels and their bedding are better. The one comfortable was to noisy to sleep with.

I think that when people book this rooms the hotel should ask if possible what is the reason visiting and staying there, I was in room 307 and there was lots of noise from the room above me with a toddler, I was there to relax and sleep.
