Super 8 by Wyndham New Stanton

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Excellent location for food and gasoline.

The desk clerk was patient and helpful. I needed that after 11 hours on the road in a moving van. The not great thing was only 2 entrances to the building, quite far apart, and the one next to our room was locked early at night. Had to walk around the building in pouring rain to get in.

Room and the overall hotel building were very clean. The low rate was amazing, considering most hotels in this county and nearby counties were sometimes twice what we paid. Bathroom had updated fixtures and towels were fluffy. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Hotel was quiet, even for a Friday night. We didn't expect room service to come clean during the day, but they did, which was a bonus (fresh towels, yay!).

Breakfast was on the light side, consisting of coffee, juice and some granola bars. But that is to be expected overall at Pennsylvania hotels. At least something was offered. Parking area at the back of the hotel drops off at a hill, so it would be nice to have cement parking blocks to stop you from going too far.

The size of the room. It was the largest in the hotel. They left a basket of things like shave gel/razors, toothbrushes/toothpaste, deodorant, etc. There were 2 sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. The shower had nice pressure and hot water. The staff was amazing.

Personally the bed was a little hard. My husband loved it though. The tv could not be seen from the bed and pull out at the same time, but given the size and layout of the room, I'm not sure where else they could place it. My son said the pull out wasn't very comfortable.

Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, toast, coffee, and tea. My husband prefers eggs, sausage and biscuits for breakfast, luckily there were restaurants nearby that served breakfast. Not very many outlets in the room, we had to unplug items so we could plug in his CPAP machine and chargers for the phones.

The staff is excellent. They are courteous and informed. We extended our stay and they were very accommodating. The room was average size. It was very clean and well supplied with towels and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend this motel.

Nothing as far as the room. Maybe a little larger breakfast.

We chose a disabled accommodation so the bathroom was large with lots of assistance for the toilet and bath/shower. There were very good sound proofing also. Lois was very accommodating as we had booked a handicap access room and the order came through as a king size room. She had no problem relocating us to a ground floor space all the time acting very personable.

Needed a bedside table and no elevator.

Easy to find, adequate/safe parking. Clean property with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer available/present. Michelle at the desk was super nice! Clean room. Firm, comfy bed. Good AC and wifi. Great price.

This is pet friendly and allows smoking. Halls smelled a little but room was fresh. Room on 2nd floor, no elevator but it was only a short flight up. Minimal continental breakfast.

The double bed was very comfortable while still being firm enough for support. The disabled bathroom was very spacious.

The acoustics were such so that the person above us could be heard clearly! The side walls were adequately buffered but not the ceiling.

Staff is very Friendly. Its a super 8. Not your 5 star hotel. It has that old vibe but more importantly... ITS CLEAN for a hotel that allows smoking. Best Bang for your buck in this area

Overwhelming smell of cleaning products.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite. There was a problem with my credit card I used to make the reservation. They called me and explained the situation and asked for a different card to hold my reservation.

The breakfast was very limited. Probably because of the COVID restrictions.
