The breakfast options were good, the eggs didn't look appealing but they were tasty. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice business center accommodations.

I don't remember if it was advertised that there's a pool on the property, I believe it was. I looked for signs to point to the pool, but didn't see any. Was in too much of a rush to ask the front desk.

Safe, clean and secured. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The doors were secured where an active key card was the only way to get in even the front entrance was that way after 11pm (almost like Fort Knox). The staff was friendly and courteous from checking in to checking out. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests that were made to include a late check out.

Location was great, it was quiet, checking in and out was very quick, very clean, and there was an assortment for breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses had no softness or spring to them at all; they were hard and felt very old.

Did not eat breakfast, slept through it.

The coffee in the room was awful...The hair dryer in the room did not work and it was sticky with a lot of hair in it.

Breakfast was great. The location was ok. There is nothing to do in the immediate area except for a nice miniature golf course, chip and putt, and driving range. (All at the same location)

Issues with the toilet flushing.

They put a “hold” on incidentals but they do not even have a little “store” to purchase a beverage or a toothbrush. Not sure what incidentals they would be referring to or why they would need to do that. Other then not having anything in lobby to but if you needed it, was a lovely hotel.

Lots of breakfast choices & eating area was large & clean. My room was clean except for one dirty washcloth left behind in the shower. The hotel was quiet. The pool was a great size. Front desk staff was very nice.

Only one elevator worked. Not much snack choices in the vending machines.

Problem will maintain it was a snow storm and they was on point but we’re moving in Shopping is now making it safe for the customers to walk in and out of the hotel the staff is very friendly and warm I would recommend it to anyone I’m always happy to

Absolutely great! No complaints..breakfast was great. The variety available was impressive. All of my family stayed there in separate rooms and it was great to be able to sit and have breakfast together before going our separate ways! Staff was super friendly and the lady managing the breakfast was exceptional!! Room was super clean..bed comfy...no complaints here..coming back in a few weeks for a wedding and will totally stay here again!!

I liked the room layout, the shower was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Check in was easy

I did not like the breakfast. Very bland. But I guess I can’t complain much when it’s free.
